False Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am!!😡

Rooms are well appointed, with excellent beds and wood floors (a plus for hygienic reasons). Breakfast was adequate but not great.

TV channel selection is mediocre at best; internet works but is very slow by contemporary hotel standards

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic rooms and fantastically appointed, a swimming pool just right for kids.

Breakfast was very depressing: paper plates; plastic cutlery that cannot pick up the good, hardly any fresh food that is not processed food.

Breakfast was not great comparing to other hotels that have good reviews.

Great hotel and perfect for our needs. We were just passing through as part of a road trip across Canada. The hotel was clean, you could tell it was new, everything worked and was modern. The staff were very friendly. Location is ideal, close to the highway and just outside the centre of Parry Sound with free parking, a few fast food chains nearby, which close around 9pm and the town centre is only a few minutes drive away. The bed was extremely comfy, queen size and room very spacious with microwave, fridge and coffee facilities. Would definitely stay again and wish we had longer to make use of the pool. Breakfast included, which was a nice touch. Basic but did the job.

Came.to visit my Mother in long term care

I had a fitful sleep because of an annoying noise in my room…I thought it was coming from the floor above me but by morning I realized it was the bar refrigerator in my room. When I told the receptionist as I was checking out she appeared indifferent…in my opinion…very poor customer service.

Tonnes of tiny Little Hairs all over the floor and THE BED! Reported to front desk they exchanged our room for different one and even that Bed also had a Few Hairs but it was after 10pm and was so tired and did not feel like reporting and getting another room.

Very nice and good looking hotel. It's really modern, the room is light and spacious. The cleanliness was very good including the bathroom.

The door to the room doesn't seal very well so all the hallway noise protrudes into the room. That's a little annoying when you want to have an early night.

Variety at breakfast was very nice….staff even put cartoons on TV for youngsters. Grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is brand new and clean. They have an amazing breakfast which has all the options. Our room was cozy and big enough for myself, my husband and our daughter. The beds were comfortable and they provided a crib for our daughter.

I did not like that it was a bit noisy but I think that is a infrastructure thing that cannot be controlled (eg) walls are too thin. I think they also overcharged me since I did not get my security deposit back. Will have to call them regarding it. It was probably just a clerical error.
