The proximity from bus stations

Nice neighborhood, shops and restaurants nearby, bus and metro station was close and the host was easy to contact, very helpful. The kitchen is big, there is a terrace opening from the kitchen, it was perfect for a large family.

In some rooms the radiator didn't work, so it was a bit cold, but we left the door open, so the heat from downstairs can reach us. Otherwise all good, value for money is very good.

Nothing. Property was disgusting, not cleaned at all!

Everything! The facility was not cleaned what so ever. the beds were on the floor on the 2nd floor and there was garbage piled up in front of the house. the carpet was dirty and the water was not cleaned as it had brown water and bugs coming out of it. The kitchen was disgusting and did not have any of the appliances listed here in the listing. There were no blinds in the kitchen and the windows on the 2nd floor were open making it seem as though someone had been in the house. The house smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was located in the "garden area". The backyard that offers a garden view was disgusting as the fence was broken down and there was no privacy. The home overall seemed run down and the photos on the listing seem as though they were from when the house was first built. We did not stay at this property for more than 30 mins before making new hotel accommodations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Location good, good value for money for a family. London Overground service was close by and easily accessed. The property was clean and warm enough.

excellent location . property was perfect for 9 people . owner was very helpful when we asked to arrive earlier in day . 4 miles to centre so only taxi ride away . would definitely stay again

- Clean and decent beds. - Three of the rooms were quite spacious. - Calm neighborhood. - Very easy check-in/out.

- The bathrooms give little privacy as they are in reality one room separated with a thin wall. - Apartment was dirty in places. - The smallest room has pointless windows that connects to hallway towards the bathrooms directly behind and will light up if someone switches on the light for the hallway. Annoying for those who sleep there. - Very loud when opening doors and walking in the hallways so people wake up when someone needs to use the bathroom at night.

Location fine..wanted that area. 10min easy walk to train station . Very clean inside . Good basic accommodation for a family group which is what was required. Showers excellent. Very happy with stay but it could do with a few improvements.

Bins overturned when we reached premises. In fairness this was resolved next morning but left a bad first impression. Fence in backyard falling down - should be mended. Could do with some more glasses and pans. Bedclothes very clean but basic and cheap.
