I liked the keyless system and bed was comfortable. Decent amenities available. Was comfortable for the number of nights stayed.
Air conditioning didn’t seem to work that well. Not much space in the bathroom to store toiletries

Noisy insects outside back bedroom kept our family awake much of the night. No problem with front bedroom.

Poor maintenance, problem with electrical outlet and the shower didn’t work.

It was tidy, comfortable, and very clean with updated appliances and electronics.
Even though the name says “Beach Villa.“, the property is not on the beach, it is across the street from Dickerson’s Beach. Also, the owner stated that someone was coming to fix the ceiling in the shower, but no one came. This is not my first time in Antigua, and issues aren't fixed unless it's an absolute necessity. The handle on the kitchen drawer was also broken.

Very comfortable beds with nice size bedrooms. Back bedroom had lots of shelves in a good sized closet. Good air conditioning and wifi. Host was very responsive to messages. Attractive apartment with balcony from which you could see and hear the ocean. Keypad lock so you didn't have to bother with keys. Beach towels were provided.
A fan on the balcony would have been nice for air circulation and to repel insects. Gas kept acting up on stove. Front bedroom shower didn't have hot water but cool shower actually felt nice. Definitely needed more hangers. Front bedroom could use shelves as I ended up piling clothes on the ironing board.

my partner and I booked this property last minute, after having issues with our original booking with another hotel. the owner of the property was very helpful and sent regular communication regarding access. when we arrived at the property it was clean, spacious and homely. all rooms were equipped with AC which made our stay comfortable. the location is good with restaurants, supermarket and beach at a stones throw away. we would be more then happy to stay here again - thank you !

massive noisy buildings works were taking place 50m away on 4 of 5 days of our stay - but no support from landlord.
not even to give us extra time to depart from property on last day!
also; description landlord and Booking .com has posted reads;
'This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Located in Jolly Harbour, just 700 yards from Jolly Beach, Petals Lovely Beach Villa provides beachfront accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, a private beach area and free WiFi. This property offers a private pool and free private parking'
BUT its not a Beachfront villa as the beach is short walk away, therefore there is no private beach area AND the pool is 10 to 15minutes walk away. The property is also tired and needs substantial maintenance particularly to dilapidated boat pontoon.

We stayed at Petal house for four days. Location is very good. Quiet place and couple minutes to the beach. House is very comfortable, has everything you needed.
