This was a clean comfortable room for a great price. I couldn't get the heat to work when I first checked in. Called the front desk, and someone came up right away and fixed it. I also used the laundry room which was clean and super convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very polite & friendly staff. Accommodated all my needs. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. This is the only place I will stay when coming through Effingham again.

Absolutely nothing.

There was Loud music being played all hours of the night, people outside the room talking loud and arguing at 2-3am, the room was far from clean, the bed was uncomfortable, only having 1 pillow a person was a bit ridiculous to me, & we had calls coming in from the room phone multiple times throughout the night which woke us up when we were able to actually fall asleep. Not to mention the lady at check out was rude.

New floors, good location

There were people cursing and shout until 4:30AM! They didn't offer to move our room. Neither did they say anything to the people causing the disturbance, call the cops, or refund our money

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are perfect. I like it so much, I stayed there on the way back from my journey also. Not only are the rooms nice, I love being able to park in front of my room.

I like the room I stayed in? It feels like more like a how apartment. With a full size refrigerator I wish they had more outlets.

I did not have more outlets. I wish it was a couch in my room.
