Large spaces

The fact that we booked there was because there was a pool....but when we checked in at 12:45 were told we could only swim until 14:00.....and it was 40 degrees.

A fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean, super spacious, fully equipped and a superb location. 👌

Unfortunately, the mattresses are very very uncomfortable and only because of the building the apartment is in, there is still some building going on so it was quite noisy. Perhaps that's just unlucky for us! Otherwise, we'd definitely go back if we were to visit Luxor again. 😍

Great apartment. Very spacious. Booked the apartment mainly because we needed to do laundry. Very modern apartment with everything you need. Great place to stay. Host is awesome and responded fast. Grocery store next door was a plus. I would have given it a 10 rating if there was a space heater in the room.

We came in the winter. The only thing I did not like is apartment was too cold. Suggest host get a space heater in each room for the winter. Host responded quickly and provided extra blankets. Ideal to stay here if you have a car.

The apartment was big and was very clean and comfortable. The location was good for us as it was away from the noise of the city but within a short and easy car ride of Luxor.

The owner Mr. Khaled was very cordial to us. Enjoyed thoroughly

Big value for this 2 bedroom unit. Lots of space. TV connects to your streaming apps life youtube.

Bed sheets were clean but old.

Parking onsite right by elevator to apartment Was right beside the nile and on main road that leads to downtown sights and the temples/museums within a 20min drive so was close to boat trips and nile activities but apartment was away from main road end so no traffic noise and quiet when sitting on balcony.

I like to take a dip in water when the weather is nice and most days were 28c great for late November with plenty of sun however The pool was not heated and although situated directly between 2 apartment blocks on either side, it was mostly in the shadows all day and night time tempreture drops to 13c overnight so this affects the pool tempreture in daytime and made pool feel much colder than the air tempreture in the daytime so wasnt inspired to use an unheated pool in the shade also as that wouldve been too chilly to bare. It's a shame they designed it like blocked in the shade of 2 aparment blocks that and unheated.

Everything was good. The place was very nice clean and spacious. It's about 15 minutes outside the city, but the compound is situated right beside a nice market ( AL Rayah Market) and it has everything you would need to fix up a quick meal if need be. Our host was able to set us up on a hot air balloon ride and it was one of the most amazing experiences for our family here in Egypt. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We would encourage anyone to book the Sphinx Apartment for a nice little get away while in Luxor.

Simply FYI: They are doing some renovations on a different part of the compound and it can get a little noisy during the day, but the owner has no control over that.

Wonderful, big flat located 15 minutes from Luxor City on the East bank. it's in a new beautiful gated community with a grand pool. The host was attentive. The wifi worked really well. There's even a grocery store with prices located within the compound. I highly recommend this place to those wanting to be on the East Bank without all the hassle of the city.

clean, prompt reply and very helpful host did not spare any effort to make our stay as comfort as possible.

There was some hiccups with the internet, the host did his best to fix it, sure this will be taken into consideration as promised by the host.

VERY Big and spacious, air conditioning was fully functional and . it was clean and the view was beautiful you could see the Nile and there’s pool too . Khaled was really helpful and even offered an hot air balloon tour.
