Die Lage direkt am JFK Causeway im North Bay Village bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den kleinen Bootshafen und die Skyline von Miami. Der Weg nach Miami Beach und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend ist dadurch - mit dem Auto - recht kurz.
Keine Kritik, aber ein Hinweis: Man braucht jedenfalls ein Auto, auch wenn das Gebäude grundsätzlich auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Da dies aber auf Grund der Lage von vornherein klar ist, kann man das ja in der Planung berücksichtigen.

Check-in process was seamless, very clear instructions were provided before our arrival, no surprises. The apartment is immaculate! Clean, beautiful, comfortable, with all needed amenities. The view from the balcony is insane at all times of day. Pool gets deep real quick so be sure the kids know how to swim or be ready to be with them. Location is convenient, in a nice area with a small park nearby and a gas station at the entrance. Residents are very chill and respectful, no rowdiness going on. No such thing as 5 minute drives to anywhere in Miami! but there are public beaches close to the apartment.
This is by far the best apartment I've ever been to, would absolutely come back.

The apartment is nice spacious, privately owned, well equipped, we stayed 2 nights.
We didn't use the pool but it looked nice.
Only complaint which is personal preference is the bed is small and an extremely soft mattress . If you like a soft bed this is the place for you .

Nearby to the marina
We didn’t have any hot water. Fortunately, I just need a spot to lay my head for a night and didn’t realize it until the end of my stay.
There was a dead roach under the router and sugar ants on the kitchen counter.

The view from the room and balcony is excellent, towards Miami and over the water. There's a marina right out front, and a swimming pool. The room was well equipped with all that was needed, the parking outside easy to use and the position of the property is within a relatively easy rich from either downtown Miami, or the beaches, including South Beach. Mona was great to communicate with and the little technical problem we had was sorted out the same day. A great place to stay for a couple, or a family for no more than a couple of nights.
While there was a couch, this is not suitable for 4 people, at least not for more than a couple of nights. The couch is not comfortable to sleep on and the price is frankly not justified. There is noise from all directions: the road on one side, the poorly soundproofed doors on the other, the air conditioning is very loud and not very efficient (can't be used at night due to its noise).

I liked that the apartment looked exactly like the pictures posted online. I liked the view from the back balcony
I liked that the ceiling fan and air conditioning was remote control and that the apartment was fully furnished including kitchen appliances and silverware and more.
They were working on the outside of the building, construction I guess, woke you up early early 🥴. But if it wasn't for that it would have been perfect, either way, I'd come back again.

Sea Facing property with good interior.
Host was responsive and address all our queries. She also allowed early checkin which with no cost is a good thing. Also property has utensils which is an advantageous. Well maintained 1 Bed Flat
Have to pay for Laundry and there was no laundry machine in the house. No dish washers and hall air condition is not well fitted so cold air able to come in house which make flat cold. Also, there was no daily cleaning of house. It is overpriced looking at the location. The building is old and the apartment is 30 min drive from South Beach and Downtown. During traffic it is worse that is why it is overpriced.. £100-£150 less would be ideal.

A great view from the balcony. Everything was so clean with a good facility.
The flat itself is an outstanding condition, but the building is rather outdated with the lift not well-functioned. We can see that the renovation has been going on, and sure it would improve soon.

Beautiful remodeled apartment. Beautiful view. Nice and quiet. Would have gave it an excellent if it wasn’t for the water ceiling leak in the bathroom.
