The location is amazing. Very close to the sea. It is clean and you have everything you need for a nice living.

The staff wasn't so precise where is our apartment. They showed us a map, but it wasn't very clear. When we came to the location, we walked through all the stairs of all the apartment houses until we've found the right one. I would suggest - it would be nice to write some room numbers in front of every house, so the guests will know where to go.

Close to the city and to the beach. Apartment is clean, nice, you can find everything you need in it. Quite location. First restaurant almost next door.

So many stairs to get to the apartment. Parking far from property. If you are traveling alone with small children it’s a bit of challenge to unpack/pack everything and carry it to the apartment or to the car.

The location is great, 10 meters from the sea and main street but not noisy at all.

The parking is about 100 meters away from the apartment.

It just does not look like the advertised foto. Even though bedroom is separate, it has a big cut out in the wall for better circulation so you cant do anything if you dont wanna annoy the 3rd person sleeping on the couch. The bed missed a part so it made noises even though you just moved in your sleep. Also no dish soap or anything like that. Also wifi does not work at all!!!

The apartment is clean and located centrally just behind the main harbor of Nerezine. Its relatively inexpensive. You get what you pay for.

It is a bit tricky to find the Dolac apartments. They mention that you have to pick up keys at the campground but we thought we could park first near the apartment. This should be stated more clearly. Save yourself confusion and first drive straight to the campground to get keys and instructions on which apartment you will get because Google Maps or Waze can't really find the apartment. It is next to a grass parking area which is hidden behind the pizza restaurant and Dolac BBQ restaurant. In this area, there are a few similar-looking ugly concrete buildings and it isn't clear which is apartment Dolac. Also, it is quite tricky to drive into this parking lot. It is very narrow driving over the sidewalk. As you are turning into and out of the lot it can be easy to scrape the car on the walls or adjacent fence. The apartment that we got on the third floor had piles of bird poop leading up to it and this outside area hasn't been cleaned in a while. There is a nest in the arch above. Also, lots of wasps nests and wasps are flying here. The tiny terrace in front of the apartment is just above the next-door restaurant terrace. It's very noisy at night. It is full of insects at night flying because there is an exterior building light just outside the front door and just above your head on the terrace which is automatic and can not be turned off. So you probably won't be sitting there in the evening enjoying a drink. The apartment is very basic and clean. It is air-conditioned and was cool when we arrived. If you would prefer the nice Nerezine evening breeze be careful when opening the windows since there are no screens and all the insects fill the apartment if the lights are on. Also, the noise from the restaurant is now filling your apartment which isn't so fun, especially if you are sleeping on the pullout sofa which is terribly uncomfortable. Also, there was no hot water, so start practicing your Wim Hof if you want a shower.
