We had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs- husband, wife, teen, preteen, and mother-law. We could have had several more family members and still feel comfortable.
The house was clean and cozy. We loved that the house had some fancy elements to it yet was very relaxing and laid back. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several dinners. And we loved that the house was dog friendly! Great books and board games too!
A couple of quirks: one of the sinks in the master bath was missing its faucet. No biggie though. There are only two full baths- one in the master suite and the other in the guest suite above the garage. So anyone staying in the bunk room or the small room with the Murphy bed had to use the shower in our room. The hot tub was delightful but the chlorine burned our eyes dreadfully. Lastly, the back deck could be spruced up but it was a great area to sit and read a book or have a cocktail.
All in all we had a great time and will likely be back!

Nice property… needs a few minor things fixed and we gave a list to the property managers. Upstairs bed bit soft for me but was ok for my husband … I just threw the futon mattress on the floor doubled up and made a sleeping space for me - it worked just fine. Overall happy with the place.

We love Florence! It’s beautiful in the summer. This is our second home we rented through iTrip. The first was built n Mercer Lake and it was perfect. This one missed the mark in a few areas but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Our family loved this place. It has a great location. The hot tub was a hit. The trail to the lake is steep, so not for the grandparents. We hiked at close hiking places. We rented 2 peddle boats in Cleanox Lake right across Hwy 101. We shopped in the old town in Florence, which everyone loved. We went on the dunes ride near there. We also went out to the south jetty and hiked around. We played games. we cooked some meals in and ate out as well, including ice cream a BJ's. We all had a great time.

Such a beautiful, uniquely designed home! Perfect for our little birthday getaway with friends. Nestled in the trees you really felt like you were in your own little world by the lake. We had issues with a couple appliances, but the property manager was easy to get ahold of and handled the issues. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the property and had a great time! Only thing I would suggest is checking light bulbs, there were a lot of lights out. Also, checking batteries in tv remotes. A few of those were not working. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice place a few minutes south of Florence, good base location, quick and easy access off of the 101, while still being fairly quiet and private.
Bedrooms mostly as listed, but the 2nd master bedroom had a queen (not a king), 3rd bedroom had a murphy, and bunkbeds in the 4th. It slept 7 comfortably.
The cedar stairs, decking, and landings can get very slick during rain (which is not uncommon), just pay attention.
I would give it 4.5 stars.

We had an amazing peaceful vacation, blinds were all tangled and difficult to close but other than that we had no complaints, thank you for letting us stay!

Stay was good. Locks on doors are tricky, but we figured it out once we read through home instructions. Clean and spacious home. Steps out to hot tub are super slippery. Has a friend slip down them. Go slowly. Overall would recommend.

This home is so lovely! Great appliances, lovely stock of kitchen musts that make a stay away from home feel like home. Great activities, movies, and overall vibes. I highly recommend this home for a vacation on the Oregon Coast.

Great house. Clean, quiet, and serene. The kitchen was well stocked and there were games to play for when you didn't want to watch television. The house was spacious, but it was able to stay warm. Nice views of the lake.

Location was very convenient for us to go to the lake for paddle boarding, kayaking. 15 minutes to go crabbing. Short drive to Safeway for groceries. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. My family and I stayed for one week and could not have been happier. The management company was so nice easy to work with, we had a small issue with the stove and it was addressed quickly. They went over and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Beautiful house, very welcoming and comfortable. Lake is only a few feet away and nice access to the hot from the master bedroom. Will be booking here for next year.

Our family enjoyed our 4-night stay at this beautiful home. However, the home is in need of some maintenance and a deep clean. One of the sinks in the master bathroom leaked water onto the counter and under the sink. We could not use this sink. The shower in the master bathroom has mold on the tile. The carpet in the master bedroom and bathroom is filthy. The wood floors throughout the home need to be cleaned. Our feet and socks turned black from the floor. Durning our stay the oven stopped working and showed an alarm on the screen. We could not use the oven for two days. The beeping stopped but started again the morning we checked out. We also found the kitchen to not be fully furnished. There were no bowls, the plates are all chipped, no blender and lacking of baking pans. Again we had a wonderful stay but it could be perfect if the items above are addressed. Thank you!

It was great overall. Good location, lovely home, very quiet. The area is amazing. Hopefully it doesn’t overshadow all the good but the bedding was a real problem. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets and blankets desperately need to be replaced. We also had to wait for the cleaners to finish past our check in time and had to do some of the laundry they left. But again, overall we were pretty happy.

We had a really great stay. The only complaint that my whole entire party had was that the beds were horrible! None of us have gotten any sleep whatsoever. They are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was very nice. We think investing in some new beds would be very beneficial to this amazing lake house.

This is a very beautiful home and has every amenity that we could have asked for. We never lacked for anything. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and so quiet and peaceful. We love the Woahink area , the trails and our lab especially enjoyed the lake. It really was a great mini vacation and so much to do. We saw the King Tides and then the big winter storm hit and we were without electricity the day we were to pack up,and go home. My family will remember this Christmas forever

Location is surrounded by tress and gorgeous landscaping. View from the deck was breathtaking. The house was perfect for our family of 5, had everything we needed. We contacted management several times for low battery on smoke detector and they were out the same day. It’s so quiet you can sometime hear cars from the highway. The house was so clean and open and airy, windows everywhere!
One thing to note is the open walls in the bedrooms, it helps with air circulation but not great for privacy. We were all family so it didn’t bother us much.
Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would stay again.

This lovely home was perfect for our family gathering of six adults and five small children. We loved the deck and access to the lake and boat. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The private en-suite upstairs was nice for privacy. The master bath was beautiful! We were glad that our dog was welcomed and even had a separate little sunroom where she slept.

The outside surroundings are beautiful, perfect views from all the decking around. Inside is well decorated and very comfortable. we will certainly stay their again and we have passed or experience to our friends. Thank you very memorable

We had a mini-family reunion with 6 adults and 4 kids 18 months-9 yrs, and the older kids loved the chess and foos-ball tables, the firepit for s’mores, and the chance to take turns fishing from the very narrow lake shore access to Little Woahink Lake. Thé home is excellent for separation of space cools quickly with the breeze and warms up easily if needed with the room baseboard heating and living room gas/propane fire stove. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the cooks found the kitchen very well-outfitted! Two suggestions would be to alert guests to drink the filtered water from frig ahead of time (tap water has a lake smell/taste and if someone inquires about fishing, please tell them that there is an available private road to launch a canoe or kayak on Little Woahink. These cannot be carried down directly from the property.

Our family of 6 adults and three toddlers truly enjoyed this beautiful home. You’re on the lake up in a forest and at the beach all at the same time. The homes architecture and beautiful craftsmanship is gorgeous. So much light. Kitchen has everything you need except children dishes so be sure to pack your own. Master on main floor has a beautiful skylighted tiled shower. We didn’t make time for the hot tub but it looked warm and wonderful. Home has lots of closets with shelves and storage. Great laundry room as well. Property is substantial. Even has its own fire pit if you can do stairs.
We would definitely stay again. Florence is a fun town.

The perfect vacation house
This house and location with all the privacy and lake down below is a paradise for us, stayed 6 days and was great. Jacuzzi was in tip top condition and perfect temperature too, felt great on my sore back :). Rained most of the days but that’s what we like anyway. Everything in the house worked perfectly, there’s a reason why this place only gets great reviews. Great job to the owner, well done! We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes in Oregon but this one beats them all. If you like total peace and quiet with great scenery of trees and a lake from the deck and out the back windows then you’ll love it. I can’t imagine who wouldn’t. We’ll be back soon for sure

Beautiful Home
This house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults and 4 children ages 4 yrs to 10 yrs. Beautiful property!!! Parking area was large enough to fit 2 trucks with utility trailers plus a car. Outdoor yard area and pathway to the lake was so fun to explore. There is a fire pit area that is well kept and located along the pathway to the lake. Communication with property management (thank you Jim!!!) was easy; just a phone call away with questions answered very quickly. Short distance to the dunes and ocean. This house truly met our expectations and more! We would certainly consider visiting this property again.

Place was clean, spacious & the description and pictures were spot on. Our group appreciated all the Variety of sleeping arrangements & hot tubing after sand surfing the dunes was great!

Great House!
House was easy to find. Check in was super easy. Communication great! The house is lovely and plenty of space for 6 adults and two teens. It was a little echo-y due to the cut outs above the bedroom doors but other than that, everything was perfect!
