This rental was completely wrong from the getgo. It started with receiving checkin info 45 minutes past checkin time. Once we arrived we were met with several issues as follows - door lock took several times to of trying to finally open - stained furniture - water damage to the ceiling with crumbling drywall on the mantal - dead bugs - live spiders - no comforters or blankets on any beds (fitted and flat sheet only) - 2 towels with no wash clothes - no dish towel or hot pads in kitchen - buildup of bugs and leaves in windows - paint peeling inside cabinets that was falling onto dishes - dirty dishes in the cabinets -NO HOT WATER!!! I contacted the number provided for property management at 1130 pm to only be told that it would be the next morning before someone could come out. Reluctantly myself and my son stayed due to not having any other options. The next day at 130pm the property mantinence guy arrived with bedding, towels, wash rags, etc. These items were left on the stained couch and he then asked if there was anything else i needed. I realized he had no idea about the hot water issue. He proceeded to find a busted pipe for the water heater. i was told he would have a plumber come out and the water was shut off completely. A few hrs went by and i had had enough. The company did send a cleaning crew but they couldnt do anything without water. I packed, rented a hotel rm, and messaged the manager that i was leaving. Still havent received full refund.

Enjoyed the location because it was very close to retail and the highway. The outdoor area was a huge plus. The home has a cabin feel with all the amenities. The beds were very comfy as well.

This is by far the most disgusting and unhealthy place I have had the misfortune of ever having to spend the night. The house is filled with black mold in multiple rooms (visible mold spores on ceilings and walls, rat feces throughout, mouse feces throughout including the couches (there was not mouse feces on the couches when we checked in or rat feces on the floor but the next morning it was throughout the house. Meaning there was active mice and rats IN the house while we were staying. There is about 1" gap under the kitchen door leading directly to the outside so this is clearly where the mice, rats, spiders, grasshoppers and hornets (yes there was a hornets nest IN one of the interior windows) were getting in. A toilet was broken and unflushable. I booked the house for 2 nights, and the smell of mold was so strong that we were forced to leave a day early, lose all the money in refrigerated groceries we bought and find a hotel. The smell of mold was so strong that not only did we have to wash all the clothes we had inside the house, but we had to was ALL the suitcases and backpacks that were also in the house.

Nice property with a huge wood deck with games and tables. We enjoyed our weekend.
