The house was decorated very well and the furniture was just right. We had a total of 8 in our party and we never felt cramped. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials! We are arleady planning our next visit to Navarre!

Our family loved staying at Southern Charm. The location is great - easy beach / bay / pool access. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Towels, Roku on each tv, beach toys, golf cart and many others. Love the layout of the house and the neighborhood is great for kids since it is gated. Super clean and comfy....

The location is ideal with access to both the bayside and beach. The bayside area felt like we had our own private island. Members of our family enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay side. The beach was a ten minute walk or a two minute drive. Between the white sand and the clear water, it felt like we were in the Caribbean. We loved the small beach town atmosphere without the crowds of 30A.

House: super clean, like new, perfect for 8 people Location: quiet, gated neighborhood, right next to the community pool. Short walk in the neighborhood to the private beach on the inlet side. Short drive or long walk to the gulf side. Inlet beach: small footprint, but lots of space to spread out. The water is very calm. Gulf beaches: half a dozen public beaches across the main road that are a three to five minutes golf cart ride away. White sand the texture of sugar with very clear waters (Green Flag days) and small waves with a little pulling current (Yellow Flag days). All of the beaches we used had tons of space to spread out. Since the area is mostly homes, rather than high rises, there were never more than a dozen people within shouting distance. Activities: beach, pool, fishing nearby. A few restaurants at the east end of the island, either at one of the hotels or the local restaurants. Watersports are available at the east end of the island with boat and jet ski rentals. Noise level: zero. No loud parties or even loud people. I definitely would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a chill beach vacation without the hectic feel of a party town. I would recommend renting the golf cart from the owners as it is the easiest, fastest, and most fun way to access the beaches and restaurants. Plan to make a trip or two across the bridge to stock up the kitchen. There are at least three grocery stores across the Navarre bridge, as well as stores and fast food.
