Stay was wirh a friend for a concert at US Bank Stadium. House is beautiful, ckean and host thinks of everything you could need. Close to MOA, US Bank, Airport etc. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first family vacation at a rental house and it was a perfect experience! Garrett was great with communication and the little extras with the amenities made it a better than expected stay!

We had a wonderful time and the home was perfect for my son and his fiancee and my college daughter and her friend. The home was clean, nice set up, plenty of room, good location. Close to downtown, Target Field, Mall of America, etc. Would definitely stay there again. The owner was super receptive and easy to work with.

House is very clean and decorated modern. Close proximity to airport, Mall of America, Great Wolf Lodge, etc... Everything we needed was provided. Definitely recommend. If my family ever returns to visit this area we would stay her again.

Everything we needed to celebrate thanksgivibg was there.

WE came to meet our newest grandchild, planning to feast at my daughter's home. The labor/delivery/complications resulted in her staying in the hospital on Thanksgiving. Consequently, the Thanksgiving feast had to be held at the VRBO. Everything needed was there, spices, dishes, pots/pans, etc. It was perfect!! So while we were not able to celebrate in her home, we had a home to celebrate in. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Richfield! The house was very welcoming -- clean, comfortable, easy to locate and beds that provided a good night's sleep. Having the extra bathroom was a plus, and the kitchen was filled with all the necessary items for coffee in the morning, and dinner in the evening. The check-in and check-out process was easy and communication with the owner, Garrett, was helpful, as well. This was our second stay here and we'll very likely be back again!

Great property and close to everything!!

This was without a doubt the best VRBO experience I've had. The house was everything promised and more. Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood roomy and well appointed house comfortable beds linens and towels and the owner responds immediately when needed..I would definitely stay here again

Nicely decorated and well equipped home in a quiet, walkable, convenient neighborhood. Appreciated having living areas on two levels and a backyard deck to relax. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Perfect location for family gatherings in the area. We had a lovely stay.

Wonderful home and yard. Having a lower level bedroom with bath, bedroom and lounging area was fantastic for the kids while the adults enjoyed the upstairs 2 bedrooms (with very comfy beds). Very nice deck with grill and 6 person patio set. Also, a well-stocked large kitchen. The central location close to museums, restaurants, and the airport made visiting and recreating with local family members so easy. We loved this home!

Location was perfect for our stay. Home was very clean, nicely updated, and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and check-in process seamless. I would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

This place was the perfect location for anything you want to do in and around Minneapolis. Whether downtown or nature reserves or Mall of America, all of it is quickly accessible from here. The interior is all new and very clean, and was plenty roomy for my family of 4.

The location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. The property had everything needed including a well stocked kitchen and bbq grill in backyard. The backyard deck was well appointed with furniture and the fenced backyard provided excellent privacy. Our Host, Garrett was very attentive; checking in several times to see if we needed anything. We could not recommend this more highly.

Excellent location for our weekend in Minneapolis! The fenced-in backyard with patio was great for the kids and hanging out at night. The downstairs bed is in need of repair (broken frame leading to very uneven and uncomfortable sleeping) and could use curtains in the downstairs recessed windows as well. Everything else we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

First time in Minneapolis. 4 adults and 1 teenager. She loved sleeping in the lower “apartment” by herself. We had no trouble getting anywhere we needed to go! Garrett is an excellent host and very accommodating. Will definitely use again if we come to this lovely area again!!!

Location is convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Lots of nice amenities. Nice back yard and patio furniture. TV’s were new and nice. Furniture was generally comfortable. Nice appliances. Gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator were nice and well-maintained. The house was well-decorated and looked nice. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Notably upon entry, the kitchen rug in front of the sink looked stained and dirty, the kitchen sinks were still dirty, the cabinet handles, fronts, and interiors (particularly the one holding the trash can had food crumbs and waste stuck to the bottom) were visibly dirty. Then, we proceeded to the bathroom and saw several hairs in the bathtub. This did not give us confidence that the house had been appropriately sanitized for the next guests nor that the bathroom had been cleaned. Walls looked visibly dirty in the stairway and kitchen, and the floors left any light colored socks dirty when walking through the house. The basement was damp and smelled musty. There was a dehumidifier, but it didn’t have a hose to the drain. It had quite a bit of mold on the inside of the tank, so it’s likely that it was not being emptied routinely. The downstairs bed seemed to have a broken spring. There was a hole towards the middle of the bed that you fell into. Overall, we really wanted to like it more than we did. The owner was responsive and tried to address some of the issues.

Well appointed comfortable home in a convenient location. I would definitely return.

We enjoyed our short weekend stay here. The home had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean and in a great location.

I was impressed with every aspect of this property -- the neighborhood, ease of access, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and very comfortable! The owner offered to move the check-in time to 2 hours earlier, which was very helpful, and the instructions inside the rental were very clear and easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again, hopefully in the summer, when I can use the enclosed porch, patio, and grill!

My husband, two young children, my parents and I enjoyed our stay here! The house is in a great location and so close to everything. We visited the children’s museum downtown, Mall of America and many local restaurants. My parents loved having their own bedroom and bathroom in the basement! The communication was easy, place was clean and perfect for a getaway with my family!

Everything was great except the basement was cold.

My church group rented the house for a couple of visiting ministers and the location was super convenient, both to the airport and to our church. Garrett was super helpful and accommodating to a lot of coming and going beforehand, and our guests were very comfortable. With a large park and lots of shopping nearby, it had everything we needed.
