They have upgraded my room at no extra cost due to availability ,which is brilliant and very kind from the management

Very simple and Private check in. Simple no frills room with good value.

Not clear check out time. In the website it says 11am but in the room was a different check put time listed in the rules.

There is no staff for check-in/check-out, all instructions we received on the mobile phone as a message. However, when we had a problem with the heating in the first flat and call the staff, we immediately could talk to a real person who gave us another flat in the same building, on another floor; the heating worked well there and we could arrange it how we wanted. The flat had two rooms, each room had an exit to a huge own balcony. Everything was arranged perfectly, was very clean, and looked very nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bedroom had a lot of space for clothes. The living room had a couch and table for eating. The bathroom was nice. The kitchen had everything one could wish for, even new kitchen towels, sponges to clean dishes, detergents, all cutleries, plates, glasses for wine and etc. The kitchen was equipped well: there were a kettle, microwave, toaster, and stove. Generally, it would be a nice flat to live in for several weeks or months. The street parking was easy.

All was fine.

The parking is ok. The terras was the best part off the apartment.

It wasn’t totally not clean. The price is to high for wat you get.

the air-con wasn’t working for the main bedroom.

They were always available to us in the phone, in this case the solve the problem with the AC in a matter of 30 mind which is extraordinarily good.

We booked thinking that by being in Aparthotel we could cook, and that wasn't the fact. There was just a microwave (that didn't work) on the floor beneath our room - the microwave was sending electric signals which wasn't quite safe neither. We had some problem with the AC after a long day hiking and they replied super quick to our request and someone came to solve it right away, which we highly appreciate. Outstanding customer service.

I liked it was clean, easy to check in ( using codes ). Location good enough and easy to find parking.

The room is a small something I'm ok with it if the price was cheaper. I understand one of the nights was holidays, but still, a little bit pricy. I missed some human treatment. Everything was by code.

The name APARThotel is quite innapropriate. It is a small hotel room. The fridge is ridiculous; you have to share the coffee machine. A shared microwave . This is all concerning the APART (the only pieces of fourniture that reminds an appartment is a couple of coffee cups). However, as a hotel it is clean and confortable
