This property is a little slice of heaven. The home is spacious and inviting. The property owners have provided every ammenity you can think of and more. We enjoy watching the turkeys every morning and afternoon. We also enjoyed strolls around the property. The location is remote but still conveniently located near Sevierville. Which was perfect for us. All around best experience.

We absolutely loved this property, it was clean and inviting and felt like home the minute we stepped in the door. Justin was so great answering questions quickly and had wonderful communication. I have nothing but good things to say, we will definitely be back!

Our family loves to play board games and this cabin’s open floor plan helped keep everyone involved. It is nice to be able to participate when cooking while others are playing or watching shows. Master Bathroom big tub is wonderful! Second only to the hot tub outside.

As we were driving from Florida to TN we got a call saying that our reservation was cancelled. It was supposedly double booked and they did nothing to help us out. Never even got to see the property. Thank goodness for VRBO helping us out and giving us a hotel room for 2 nights so we could find somewhere else. The experience honestly ruined our family trip

The scenery was as soon as you arrive is breath taking! The driveway crosses a creek with a nearby tree swing. The hot tub was emptied after each visitor! The layout of the cabin was very open and modern. Everything we needed was provided and it was VERY clean! Will definitely book in the future!

The home was beautiful and the view was even better! This is THE place to stay when going to the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property is beautiful and very nicely furnished. New tvs in every room, solid wifi, and everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms felt brand new and well kept. Porches on both sides of the house were perfect for a nice quiet morning coffee and a hot tub for a quick soak was great! Justin and Kari were quick to respond to any and all questions I had and were a huge help at every step. Drives into town weren't too inconvenient but definitely recommend a heavier duty vehicle to drive through the property as it's on a steep incline with a gravel road. Would highly recommend for a nice quiet getaway and trying to stay away from the "tourist-y" areas

The place was exactly what we were looking for, plenty of space, secluded, lots of land and modern amenities. The communication from the owner was also fantastic, he checked in with us when we arrived and again a couple days later. I will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the property we found the drive very well marked and Google maps was accurate. The house is absolutely beautiful and was spotless. The location was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough out to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. We spent the majority of our time at the house on the back porch which had plenty of seating for us. There were a couple of issues that came up but I want to be clear that I didn't reach out to the owners because we were there for my son's wedding, it was a quick trip and I really didn't want to take time out of our stay to deal with them. The hot tub never got over 93* even after following the instructions provided. We have a hot tub at home so we're familiar with how they work. The water smelled terrible. When searching for a property we filtered for a hot tub so I was disappointed that it wasn't up to par. There was ONE wash cloth in the house. I'm assuming this was an oversite on the cleaning company. I also wanted a property with a large bathtub. This property has a gorgeous soaking tub but the faucet leaked to the point that I didn't use it because I was afraid the water would ruin the beautiful floors. The driveway...wow. My 2wd SUV handled it fine but the concrete pad ends just as you get to the top of the hill and it's large gravel after that point. Every time we pulled in or out our cars would spin out on the gravel. It appeared that the gravel was fresh so hopefully once it settles this issue will take care of itself. Bringing that concrete pad up a few feet higher might have eliminated this all together. When you first enter the drive there is a really pretty mowed area around the creek and a bridge that you cross over. We explored a bit but stayed in the mowed areas. There are some holes in the mowed area that really need to be filled in. I stepped in one and nearly broke my ankle. I want to end by saying again that I didn't reach out to the owner. I had great communication leading up to our trip and I'm confident that they would have addressed the issues mentioned above. We would DEFINITELY stay at this property again. It' beautiful, well equipped and very convenient. Thanks for letting us make some awesome Tennessee memories on your property!

Fields in front of house were full of wild turkeys. Beautiful place.
