My husband and boys had a great little vacation on the beach while staying at this lovely condo! Easy beach access and was sufficient for our needs as a family of four. Easy check in and out!

This is our 4th time staying on Okaloosa Island but our first time at Pelican Isle. This complex is much like most of the condo complexes with pool/hot tub and beach access. Loved having a parking pass so there was never a worry of being towed. Lady at the front desk was very nice and chatted with us. Everything was pass-coded which kept the facilities free from people who didn’t belong there.
Our condo was great! Communication with the owner was wonderful! She proactively reached out to us several times before our trip with information we would need for our stay.
Everything was labeled which made it very convenient, especially when it came to light switches. The condo came stocked with items that came in handy like dishwasher tabs, a few laundry packets, extra toilet paper. In past condos, we had to provide all our own stuff. TV’s are large, beds comfortable and plenty of “extras” like games, movies, beach toys, etc. Having beech chair service is always nice and much appreciated.
One place we had never been to before on our past trips is Stewby’s and I’m so sad we didn’t find this place sooner. Definitely a place to try if you like seafood. We grabbed to-go for lunch, quick service, friendly staff…definitely will go back!
After so many trips to the island, we are starting to feel like locals and I’m sure we will be back again sometime. We definitely recommend Pelican Isle for your next stay in Ft. Walton.

This property checked all the boxes of what we were looking for for our stay. We were attending a dance competition with our two kids and this was perfect for our downtime. It's located on a quieter part of the island, which we liked. I wanted beach service during our stay and that was so convenient. The property had everything we needed to cook, play and relax.
The location wasnt dirty but wasn't the level of clean I prefer at home. Counters seemed to have food residue and the dishwasher had stuff in the filter that smelled. But there were cleaning supplies so I just did a light pass through and all was good. We also had a plumbing issue that took a couple of days to get fixed.
Overall we had a very lovely time! I would absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful lovely place! Great decor, had thought of all the little things especially for a family with kids: plastic plates bowls, beach toys, towels, umbrella and chairs. Good array of nice dishes pots pans. Great amenities. We had a wonderful time. We will most certainly be back to this beautiful condo!

Me and two of my cousins stayed here for a much needed ladies /momma trip. This place was absolutely perfection! The distance between the condo, the beach, and the outdoor shower is way more than convenient! The view of the beach/ocean is absolutely beautiful! I love the palm tree that is clearly in view. Pool is a nice addition.
Beds are super comfortable/new feeling. Beach towels and coolers = bonus. Water &ice from fridge have no weird taste. So many movies they have to watch if you have a need for that. A borrow bin for the beach/pool. Vending machine too. No on-site restaurants but plenty just down the road. You'll need a car for food/drinks for sure.
The dolphins are always out in the morning. The location is quiet-you do not hear the elevators or anyone around/above you. The unit is SUPER clean! 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water as far as you can go.

This condo was amazing. The hosts thought out every detail. Every light switch was labeled, they had plastic plates and bowls for children, they had black out curtains on the kids bunks, they had luggage racks and plenty of wall hooks to hang things to make things tidy. The beds were super comfy, the rugs were non slip. It was tastefully decorated. Thank you thank you thank you. ❤️We plan to be back.

My family of 4 stayed the week of July 4th. Overall our stay was great, but I feel you should be made aware of our issues. I tried messaging you privately a few days ago, but never got a response. First, our 5 year old slipped in the hall shower and sliced a layer of skin off his finger. The sides of the shower floor were slick and we didn’t know. Also, when we first arrived I noticed the condo had a smell. Old/musty is the best way I can describe it. I didn’t think much of it because the smell subsided after a few minutes. Now that we are home we are having to wash EVERYTHING or set things outside to air out because everything we brought into the condo took on the smell. The last thing was the beach service. I’m sure staying during a holiday week is a little busier than usual, but the number of reserved chairs with yellow tags was quite frustrating. My husband and others would get down to the beach as early as 6:45 to try and get front row only to find out where they had been standing for 45 plus minutes was reserved. We talked to Conner about this and all he could tell us was people with reserved tags paid for extra equipment. These things didn’t ruin our vacation or stay, but I think we will choose another condo/building for our next stay.

Double red flags and storms several days for our stay not being able to get in the water was a bummer. Outdoor patio tables had not been cleaned in quite some time. Bedding for the pull out couch was hard to find and the mattress was very thin.

We absolutely loved this property! Ocean view on the balcony was relaxing. Steps from the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas ready each morning til 6pm. Pool and hot tub on ocean front, and fitness center access as well.
This unit had everything we could imagine from a keurig to pans, beach towels, and sand toys. We had flown in town for a baseball tourney and were pleasantly surprised to find and use a cooler and sports chair! Would definitely come again!

Got to say even bed was pretty comfortable also.Thanks for having warm comforter. My 81 year old Father loved (he always seem to be cold). We not new to area. We been to Destin many times always staying in Pelican Island but Your condo I loved the most. You guy's really did good job. We pretty impressed. Thanks again and keep up with great hospitality.

My husband and I booked this condo for a short 4 day stay and had a great time. The unit was clean and spacious and the first floor location was very convenient. Several little extras that were nice like plenty of beach towels, coolers, beach wagon and charging stations. I didn’t cook any since it was just the two of us but the kitchen was well stocked had I done so. We were here in January and we’re able to walk the beach and the view was amazing from the balcony. We enjoyed breakfast at the Asiago Skillet and I highly recommend it! The next time we come we’ll be bringing our three daughters as there was plenty of room! Thanks for a great little vacation!!

Everything about this property was perfect! It had everything we needed including a beautiful view. It is well maintained and absolutely spotless. The beach chair and umbrella service that was included made it even more perfect. I have stayed at several different condos and hotels in that area and this was by far my favorite. We will definitely be rebooking for next year!

This was our first trip to Okaloosa and we loved it! We really enjoyed Pelican Isle. This condo has been really nicely decorated and has ALL the things u might need at the beach or vacay. Beach chairs/ umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, cooler? They got you! This is on the first floor, which is technically the second floor due to the parking garage. Most places on the gulf are setup this way due to hurricanes. There is an elevator and they have carts to help lug your stuff up and down. Our 3 year old son was with us and he slept great in the bottom bunk. The resort is towards what seems to be the quieter end of the island. This unit is catty corner to the rinse off station so people can easily see you on the patio and in part of the TV room. Bathrooms could use some updating (toilets run on and off) and some knobs are missing on cabinets. Other than that, everything was great. You've got to try Stewby's right down the road if you go.

This rental got everything. The beach umbrella and four chairs was a nice surprise. You don't need to pack beach towels, beach boards or coolers. I realized I over packed. This rental had it all. Perfect size for my family of 3. The Publix supermarket was within 10 minutes, depends on traffic. The condo was beautiful and clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, updated and well stocked with what we needed. If the beach is the focus of your trip, this place is the perfect distance with the beach just across the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island has a good amount to do without all the insanity of Destin (which is still a short drive).

Perfect first floor condo!
This condo was very nice! Exactly as pictured. The only reason I had to give it a 4 star on cleanliness was because there was a hygienic liner (like from a womens swim suit) on the bathroom floor in the bedroom. Other than that the condo was clean and very easily accessible. The check in process was easy except for once we got to the condo and went inside to get our parking pass the staff had stepped away and we almost missed getting our parking pass. Other than that we had no problems and would stay here again.

Best Beach Getaway!
This condo was truly right on the beach and waking up to see the waves was incredible. Went down to get a breath of fresh sea air compared to the mountains we're used to and the access to 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas was perfect for everyone in our party. We had Stwebies for dinner multiple nights partly because of the close proximity and partly because their fresh fish dinner were just so good! We've already talked about going back and miss everything from the beds to the fully stocked kitchen. It's nice to have a good cup of coffee away from home! This condo had everything, can't really ask for more. Thanks so much for letting us stay 😊 we'll be back soon.
