What a super condo! Everything was immaculately clean and this was by far the best equipped VRBO I have ever stayed in. This unit has everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very accommodating and offered us late check-out even though we ended up not needing it. There is a very strong portable AC unit in the bedroom and while it didn't completely reach to the main room, we kept the curtains closed during the day and it remained cool in the unit. My only comment is that I didn't see in the property description that this unit is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. I believe that has since been added. As long as you don't mind stairs, you will love this condo.

Nice and big condo, easy access, nice pool and hot tub. Within a 5 minutes of downtown Kimberly. Nice hike by the ski hill. Condo was well stalked, lots of games and video options if you so incline. Would stay again.

We have stayed here twice and love it. The bag of coffee and the bottle of wine are a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool too. There sre games, puzzles, books, toys and dvds which are great if you have kids.

The condo was a quiet, comfortable, family-friendly place to relax and unwind. The pool was lovely, and it was nice to share the space with other families so the kids had others to play with. The hot tub was closed for repairs, but with the hot, beautiful summer temperatures we didn’t really miss it!

We had everything you could need to live in a home away from home in beautiful Kimberley. Value for money this property is wonderful. We never heard another person, the lock off room adds a ton of room for our family of four, and two full bathrooms.
We’ve already rebooked it for next season!

Truly a great place to stay, just out of the downtown and right on the ski hill. Fantastic kitchenette suite with an adjoining suite to accommodate more guests with their own separate bath. You can't find anything more affordable than this gem. Each side has its own a/c unit, which is welcomed in the summer. Also welcomed is the underground access to the community pool/hot tub, which would be a great bonus in those winter months.

Would be a great place fo a family with kids. It was equiped with toys, gamesand DVDs. We had minor issues with burnt out light bulbs and a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing.
Only real issue was getting the info on access to room keys. It took quite a while to finally find contact info. It was booked 2 days in advance but we never received any more info after booking. That was quite stressful.

This condo had everything a family needs in a relaxing mountain getaway. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen was stocked, tons of games, beautiful balcony. The property had an amazing pool and fun games room. Everything was super clean. We would definitely stay again!

This was a "special" 50th birthday gift to our son who loves to ski. My wife and I are both 74 so Kimberley was an ideal hill in that the fall line in true with plenty of Greens, Blues and Blacks for the more agile.
The instructions provided by our hosts were accurate and concise. On arrival in the condo, there was an extra set of keys, a bottle of wine, and a postcard for the birthday boy.
The lockoff room was open and found to be roomy, clean and ready for occupancy.
The unit is located adjacent to the main run and about 90% down the hill. Simply go to the ground floor, take skis out of supplied ski locker, walk 50 feet and ski to the lift.
Will return again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lenka and Derek's condo in Kimberley over New Years. The location is exceptional - true ski in / ski out. The condo itself is cozy and provided everything our family needed for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again.

We rented both rooms and were so happy with our choice. The rental had games, puzzles, toys and books. There were also towels for the pool, flip flops and robes. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even coffee for us to use. This is a 10/10.
