the house was great - clean, quaint & pretty street near lake. We enjoyed downtown and Lake Michigan. Hope to return!

This lovely home was perfect for a short getaway with four of my grandchildren. Very clean, many amenities, and plenty of space for games and quality family time, and the host was easily accessible. Also a short drive to beaches and downtown Holland and many other local attractions. Would definitely stay again!

It was 3 sisters, 1 sister in law and our 93 year old mother. It was a perfect place for us! Centrally located for our activities. Fell in love with the neighbors in the back yard!! Our whole visit was perfect! The only recommendation would be to add a mirror in each room!

Great area, very quiet and serene. The host is very attentive with great communication. I would recommend this home if you’re looking for a nice quiet and relaxing stay.

We loved this place! Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing between the four bedrooms, living room, entertainment room downstairs, game room downstairs, the beautiful backyard where we spent each evening enjoying a fire. Friendly neighbors, well-equipped kitchen and supplies… every detail was considered, and owner was really responsive. Can’t say enough about this home. It was a wonderful experience!

This is an enchanting little house in a beautiful neighborhood.The place was spotlessly clean and the host addressed any of our needs with a moments notice. The house is light and airy and my whole family loved it. The neighbors were very friendly and brought us a plate of grilled fish that they had caught in the lake. The house is only a few minutes away from downtown and the beach. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place to others

The house was centrally located to all we wanted to do while in Holland. We had room to spread out and our 20- something kids loved having bikes available to use. Erik was easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner.

I rented this VRBO for my three Adult Children, my three Grand Children and Myself. We all found this ranch style home VERY spacious. It was decorated nicely, up-to-date and clean. The fully finished basement made play time a great place for the Grand Children to run around in and the Foosball Table kept them plenty entertained. The layout of the house was great because the adults could be cooking in the kitchen and still be able to watch the Grand Children playing in the nice size back yard just outside the large sliding glass/screen doors. Also provided were bikes for the family to ride through this quaint, quiet, and beautifully landscaped subdivision that had very little automobile traffic. Not only is the neighborhood very lovely, the neighbors themselves are extremely pleasant and friendly. One of the neighbors was even kind enough to pop-on-over with a generous helping of fresh caught salmon plated-up that he’d just fried up with an awesome recipe that made it melt in your mouth. NOW, you can’t beat that! Thank you Eric, you have got a nice rental home here and I would NOT hesitate to do business with you again in the future! ~Doreen

Our family loved our time together in Holland! When not at the nearby Holland Beach (a very short drive), we were comfy at this home: playing outside, chatting around the fire, or enjoying a movie inside. Clean, spacious, and thoughtful extras made this the perfect getaway. Would stay again! Eric also had great communication.

I would 100% recommend staying at this house. They had everything you needed! It was clean and well taken care of. Throughly enjoyed that they had beach towels and chairs for when we went to the beach. The bike rides every morning was an added plus. If you need a place to stay in Michigan, this is the house!

This property is just as advertised! It's light, roomy, clean, nicely decorated. The host made it very easy to check in and out. Expectations were clear. Our family had a great time and would visit again in a heartbeat.
