Clean and smelled nice upon entering. You would never think it is a dog friendly home. Loved the salt water pool. Plenty of amenities. Maureen and Henri truly care about their rental property and the environment.

What a fantastic property, the pictures match the reality of the accommodations! The pool was absolutely perfect and clean. The host is unquestionably a delight to work with, a great communicator, and responds very, very promptly. You can't go wrong renting this property

We arrived in Melbourne in the morning yet our check in wasn’t until 3 pm. The owner texted me that we were able to check in early. This is a beautiful and very clean house. The pool had just been cleaned and had crystal clear water. We enjoyed the pool for hours everyday we were there. The pool water was really warm because of it being solar heated. I mentioned in a text that the water was as warm as bath water and Maureen immediately had someone come over and turn off the solar heater and added cold water to the pool. Definitely made a difference on Saturday. Bed sheets, bath towels, pool/beach towels etc… were all provided for and there were plenty to choose from. Overall, we would definitely rent the house again if we are in Melbourne. The owners were extremely attentive to detail and so helpful. This was our first experience with a VRBO and it was a good one.

We came down to Indian Harbor Beach for a week of training camp for our Dragon Boat team . The 3 of us are members of the Empire Dragon Boat team in NYC (which is an all BC ( breast cancer ) competitive team . We really could not have wished for a better accommodation !!! Maureen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. House instructions were just there as well . To our great surprise , we even got a reminder text after leaving , about the pair of sun glasses left behind , with an immediate promise to mail it to us . Maureen , YOU get the crown ! We found the house and property to be spotless ,clean and well stocked. All beds were comfy and the showers were great . Lots of amenities in every bathroom , and plenty of extra of towels and beach towels . No skimping here.. A spacious Chef’s kitchen with 2 islands and all the dishes , silverware and appliances you’d need. And to top it off: plenty of seasonings , oils and condiments to turn around a gourmet meal . Our highlight of the day was coming back from a vigorous training in Oars and Paddles ( which is just 5 minutes away ) , taking a quick shower ,and relaxing in the fully covered, beautiful swimming pool ! THIS IS A WOW PROPERTY ! WE ARE COMING BACK NEXT YEAR !

Maureen is the most accommodating hostess I've ever had and then pleasantest. She gave us early checkin and late checkout. One mattress was a little soft so we asked if she had a board to put under it. Her response was, medium or firm? A few hours later she put a brand new mattress on the bed. The pool was delightful, the spacious kitchen very well equipped. plenty of room to hang out inside and out. We hope to be able to stay there again next year when we return for dragon boat camp.

House was everything that was listed. The pool was awesome and plenty of beach options close to the house.

This is an enjoyable place to spend a week near the beach, Brevard Zoo, space center and Orlando theme parks. The home was perfect for all our needs and the pool was enjoyed by all. The bathroom and laundry room off of the pool area was ideal. When not cooking in (you have all cooking necessities), there are numerous dining options in the area.

Everything was well thought out. The place had all you needed to enjoy a short vacation. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was very quite and stores, restaurants and beaches were minutes away. The pool was saltwater and very clean well maintained. The owners were very helpful and made sure any concerns we had were addressed upon arrival. Excellent experience.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and it met or exceeded all expectations. Definitely would stay. again if our travels take us to the Space Coast again. Outstanding host!!

We were in the area taking care of a family emergency. It was lovely to have a peaceful place to come home to. The pool is beautiful. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The host is personable and helpful. Great place all around.

We had a wonderful time. We came to Florida to go to universal but wanted to stay a little bit out of the way and close to the beach. This was when walking distance of the beach and my kids love the pool. The property manager was very prompt with responding. No complaints

We have been renting Florida vacation homes for over 30 years in various locations, mostly on the eastern coast. This home was, by far, the best one we have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and obviously well-cared for. When a problem arose, the owners responded immediately and resolved the issue ASAP. We LOVED this home and plan to book it again.

This is a great house! The pool is huge, the kitchen is beautiful, nice bedrooms, and a great location. Maureen, the owner, is kind, thoughtful and has put much thought into making it a great place to stay. So many amenities and helpful items. We loved this house!

My husband , our two poodles, and I live in Iowa. We have been visiting Florida, during the winter month, for the last 7 years. This year we stayed in Maureen’s beautiful beach house, for the first time. We feel like we hit the jackpot this year. Everything from the location, the fenced in backyard, the beautiful pool, and the cleanliness and decor of the home, were MORE than we could have ever imagined. Maureen and her husband were the ultimate hosts. Any concern or need was immediately addressed, as they live in close proximity to the beach house. They are an amazing couple, who care deeply for ALL of their clients. IN TODAY’S WORLD, this is difficult to find! If I could- I would have given them MORE stars PLUS - our POODLES LOVED IT!

Our family always takes New Year’s week for a family vacation. We generally try a different spot in Florida each year to experience all the wonderful range of activities that are available in the state. This year we picked Indian Harbor. We had never been there, a teen wanted to do Universal, an adult wanted to watch a rocket launch, the old folks wanted peace and quiet and some tourist things. We got it all and more. Wonderful location, wonderful site, no noise, easy to get around, and a beautifully appointed house. Would not hesitate to go back.

My family and I were supposed to stay near Naples for our first family vacation. However after the hurricane we quickly found this rental and contacted Maureen. The communication from her was quick and efficient. Very accommodating. She really is your own personal concierge and can answer any question you have. We were made to feel right at home at her rental which is exactly as described. It is in the perfect location and if the weather was better we definitely would have enjoyed the pool more than one day. My adult kids are brave and decided to swim one night - and there was plenty of room for 5 of them. The place had enough bedrooms so everyone had privacy and it's great having 3 bathrooms. The location made it easy to get to anywhere because everything is close or within a 55 min drive. We visited Cocoa Beach, Paradise Beach, Pelican Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Thousand Islands nature preserve, a night in Melbourne and spent time relaxing. Upon leaving Maureen asked if we could recommend any improvements or additions to the home, which is the first time I have had an owner ask me that. You don't have to think twice about booking this one! Thanks for all of your help! It was a pleasure staying here.

We were looking for a place near family at Indialantic Beach. This spot exceeded all expectations! There may not be enough characters allowed to describe how wonderful our stay here was. Even before we got here I was having a fantastic experience!! Maureen is a superb hostess and I don’t want to spoil the experience for anyone else! You will just have to book in:) We did not miss anything from home, they thought of everything! So clean and delightfully decorated with art and photography created by the owners of this spacious well thought out getaway. I would give 10 stars if available! We will certainly be back! House was the perfect beach vibe we were looking for! All the living spaces were fantastic, I wouldn’t change a thing! Great communication before, during and after our stay! Top notch tips and thoughtful gestures like games dropped off because of a rainy forecast. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

From the moment we booked to the moment we left , the experience was phenomenal! I had to work during the stay and I had fast internet speed and no interruptions. My fiancé was on vacation and we had our 2 fur babies with us. Beautiful home, fully equipped with everything we needed. Pool was clean and so refreshing. The fenced in back yard was awesome for the fur babies. Communication with the owners was fabulous from the beginning. Thank you both for such a pleasant experience and I loved the welcome book with restaurant ideas and places to visit. Very clean and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. We recently stayed at this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. The owners were wonderful, they couldn't have been more accommodating to us with the hurricane weather. The property and house were in perfect shape. The pool was WONDERFUL. The beds, and linens were perfect. I absolutely recommend this house. We can't wait to stay again! Our family has stayed in many rental homes for vacations, and I have to admit, this home accommodated 8 adults and 2 children (under age 8) with ease. The house is stocked with activity items from puzzles, games, books, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and of course a lanai enclosed solar heated pool - with the sun out, the pool never drops below 80, and often it is 85 - 90 degrees (which lends itself well for fun evening swimming in the multi-colored lighted pool). There are also baby supplies if needed, portable high chair and a crib. The photos of the house and pool area are as depicted and more. Our family couldn't get over how well-stocked the kitchen was with all the needed equipment for cooking large or small amounts. Pasta Arm over the stove - love that! We were greeted with some beginning supplies of soaps and detergents, personal care items, and paper products. But, the owners has a "welcome basket" for us upon our arrival and it was the greatest. They even included the kiddos in the basket goodies and provided stuffed toys for the girls, which they toted with them everywhere! Bedrooms are as noted on the house description, everyone was comfortable with no grumbles. Room with double bed for kids. Owners have a provided nice access to basic cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, since we rented for 2 weeks we used some cleaning items just to keep life in order. Washer and Dryer are available so no need to pack everything in your closet from home. The home location is convenient to area beaches and city park is located on the Southside of the neighborhood (within walking distance). It has paved walking trails, playground, benches to sit and watch the pond and squirrels, a recreation center with exercise classes -if you are renting longer periods. Short drive to beaches, Patrick Space Force Base, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center. Keep track of Space Center launches - there were two while we stayed! We have never encountered such wonderful and responsive owners as we did with Maureen and Henri. Any question is not too small to discuss. They are a wealth of information about the local area and eateries. We celebrated a birthday at Frigates Restaurant - which Maureen suggested as a special place - nice open air, Hawaiian vibe, on water. We had the absolute pleasure of personally interacting with them and we can't say enough about the rapidity and attentiveness to our needs. They go above and beyond to meet your needs!

We had a 5 star family vacation at this home. The home was well equipped with everything you needed and then some. VERY clean and up to date. The hosts Maureen and Henri were very helpful! The location was perfect for all of our activities. The pictures you see on VRBO are a true representation of what you will be renting , for your getaway. We would highly recommend this rental home.

This was a perfect vacation home and Maureen was a wonderful host. The house was super clean, and the pool was great. There are plenty of beach/pool towels and bath towels. The bedrooms are a nice size with space to put all your things away so your not living out of suitcases. The kitchen/living space was very big and extends to the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The location to the beach was great about a 3 minute drive! We definitely recommend this rental! And are talking about come back next July. Maureen thank you again for sharing your vacation home with us!

Communication was great and I when I had a question, it was answered quickly. House was fantastic, the pool was amazing and well kept. Location is fairly close to the beach and local eats. All in all it was a great trip and I will use this property again when I bring my family!

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. The location was great and easy access to lots of restaurants, beaches and a 25 minute drive the the space coast complex where my son was playing in a baseball tournament. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.

This was a perfect vacation rental for our family to gather and spend a week together. Our 4 year old grandson loved the pool and playset, as well as the long hallways to drive his cars around. Beds and mattresses were excellent and we all slept well. Kitchen was fantastic and amenities were great. Maureen was a fantastic host helping us identify fun things to do in the area, and some good ice-cream spots. Beaches were close and easy to get to. Coco Beach was an easy drive as well. We definitely recommend this rental!

My family of three plus my big dog and my sister's family of 3 booked a week at this beautiful home. A few weeks before our trip, I reached out to Maureen to get specifics about the coffee maker and beach equipment on-site. We were traveling 1,100 miles by car and needed to be meticulous with space. She was so helpful and provided me with everything I needed to know to avoid over packing. A few days before our trip she reached out to give us pointers on the best beaches and gas prices in the area. I also loved that she set a special key code to something I would remember! The house was so clean. There were plenty of towels for swimming in the pool, taking to the beach, and showers! The kitchen was great for cooking our meals! The king bed was very comfortable and all of the bedding was adorable! I loved the multiple entry points to the pool and easy access to the bathroom from the pool area. Canova beach is where we spent most of our time and it was a short drive with places to stop for ice, drinks, or food on the way. Get there early to get parking and beware that although leashing is required, very few follow that rule. The neighborhood where the property is located was peaceful and we loved taking the dog for late night walks when it cooled off. It felt very safe to do so! The owner was amazing with her communication, gave great tips on places to visit and eat, and even helped us get checked in several hours early! I've had mostly disappointing experiences with VRBO, but I'm glad I gave it another chance because this home and host made for the best start to summer break for the kids and a wonderful getaway for the adults!

Wonderful property and great communication from the host. The solar-heated saltwater pool is awesome and fascinating to see the water circulated to panels on the roof for heating. Very eco-friendly. Great to have it under the lanai for bug protection. The kids also enjoyed the play yard and climbing toy. Having a bathroom easily accessible from the pool deck is another plus for families. It's 5 minutes from a Publix supermarket for grabbing any food items or staples that are needed. Everything inside was wonderfully clean and sanitized. Nice supply of children's books and games. There's even a small work station adjacent to the kitchen set up nicely for laptop work. Lots of little features throughout the house (labeled light switches etc) to make it easy on guests. We loved our multi-generational vacation there!
