We were in town for a car show at the event field. It’s literally right across the street! Definitely walking distance, but only if you’re up for a big hill! House was very clean and exactly as described.

The home was clean and super comfortable. The host has thought of everything! Nice towels, comfy beds, 2 coffee makers, popcorn machine, games, movies, 2 fireplaces, stocked kitchen, dog bowls, fenced yard, and even a welcome basket of goodies and a list of area recommendations. It was a chilly weekend so our favorite spots were the covered hot tub and the sunroom by the fireplace which both have amazing views.

Awesome place to relax, cook, enjoy beautiful scenery and want for nothing! Wonderful host! Would not change anything about this property. Will definitely be booking another stay here in the future.

The owners had clearly thought of everything you might need and more at this home! Jacqueline was super awesome and responded quickly! The home had wonderful spaces to enjoy inside and out. We loved that a portion of the porch was covered to keep cool from the afternoon sun but there was plenty of seating in the sun to soak up the rays when it's cool! We (and our dogs) enjoyed the fenced in area and even playing in the large and FLAT (hard to find in a mountain property) front yard for our well behaved off-leash fetch-a-holic. You get the view of the mountains and yet it is so convenient to the main road without driving up and down an entire mountain. Nearby downtown Waynesville is super cute and great for restaurants (Sweet Onion was delicious) and shops. There's tons of hiking and even waterfalls nearby as well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was amazing! Had all the amenities any one would need. Our favorite spot ending up being the fire pit and the porch where we had plenty of laughs and lots of relaxation. I was really nice to have a large yard that was flat nearly unheard of for a Smokey Mountain Cabin! We will definitely be back to stay here in the future. The host gave us her cell phone number and all communication was through text and made everything so easy not to have to bounce in and out of the app. Top notch!!!

This house was pristine! It looked and smelled wonderful when we walked in the door. I've never stayed in a rental that was so clean. The house is lovely, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are large and very well set up for storage as well. There are multiple places to sit and enjoy the view and shared time. We utilized every space - the back screened in porch for breakfasts and game playing, the living room for evenings and movies with popcorn, the hot tub for relaxing, the fire pit for smores and laughter. We just had a ball. There isn't a LOT to do in town unless you like to browse shops which I do. We ate at the brewery which was excellent food and a very pretty view. The service there was fantastic and the beer was awesome. So thank you Jacqueline for your hospitality and we will recommend you to everyone we know!

This place was incredibly huge for our family. CLEAN beds and very comfortable mattresses, nice fluffy towels, clean bathrooms. The kitchen is more equipped than my own kitchen. A lot of nice decorations all over. The front porch, it's huge. The hot tub with the gazebo around it, it's an amazing idea for privacy or if it gets to cold (my case). I felt like I never left my home. The only thing you need to bring it's your clothes and food, because this place has it all (is very clean as well). They even had wood for us for the fireplace. The views are incredible, from every angle there is something nice to see. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall, you won't be disappointed. I which I had more time, we would definitely came back again to the same place in Maggie Valley with no doubt. Special thanks to the owner who was kind enough to send me something I left behind. That was very nice of her.

WOW!!! EXTRA, EXTRA, EXTRA .. These guys thought of everthing...from the thickest towels, to every cookware u could dream of ... more seating areas than I could imagine.. Outdoor heaters, games, a popcorn 🍿 machine, toss pillows, cozy blankets and FLEECE ponchos! what! I dont know where to begin or end. Every space was well thought out. It was only me, my husband and my dog but the place was well equipt for a party of 50 ..And this place is so clean. U could eat off the floors. It takes alot to make me feel I'm home. It's beyond a home away from home. This place was above and beyond. Jacqueline was amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our family Thanksgiving in this lovely, spacious, well-appointed home. There is plenty of room to spread out on the wraparound porch, sunroom with fireplace, cozy living room with fireplace (and every conceivable streaming service available on the television), outdoor seating around the firepit, and hot tub in the gazebo. Bonus points for being dog friendly. We would love to return.

This property exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and so was the property. The property has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay!

We highly recommend this rental! We have been to rentals before that said “they have everything you would need” but they did not. Jacqueline, our host, and this rental went above and beyond!! Jacqueline was very prompt replying to our texts with questions ranging from checking in/out to where to shop for groceries. This cabin has a very homey feel with anything you would ever need to make you vacation memorable, from kitchen utensils and cookware to bath sheets for the hot tub. The cabin has an amazing view and we enjoyed grilling out and relaxing on the deck. We trailered our motorcycles in a 20 ft trailer pulled by a F350 Crew Cab with an 8 ft bed. The drive up to the cabin was tight with four sharp turns but it was doable, with plenty of room to turn around at the top. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you for being a great host and being so accommodating! We felt right at home, you really thought of everything right down to the dogs needs! We appreciate being able to bring both of our dogs with us and having a fenced in space for them was a huge plus! We have stayed in Tennessee and North Carolina and we can without hesitation say that this is by far the BEST place we have stayed - you have a beautiful home that provided the comfort and privacy we were looking for with an equally peaceful and relaxing outdoor space. The house and grounds were amazing. The amenities were spectacular, everything you need and more. The decor was cozy and inviting, the furniture and beds comfortable. Response on any questions was very timely; recommendations on places to visit were appreciated. It was a great getaway and bonus, we were able to bring our dogs. We will definitely make this a recurring vacation spot. My favorites were the fire pit, hot tub, deck and sunroom.

Had a great stay. Easy communications with caretaker and minor problems solved quickly. Caretaker kept us updated on activities going on while we were there. House beautifully decorated, very clean and everything looked new.. Open porch nice and had lots of seating. Had breakfast in the closed in porch most mornings. Opened the windows on cool mornings and that was nice. Kitchen beautiful stocked with many pot and pans and every gadget we needed for cooking inside and on the grill. Only negative no dishwasher, which I did not mind but some of my crowd complained. 2 nice size bedrooms on main floor, both with TV. Loft and small bedroom upstairs. 18yo grandson had no complaints with small bedroom. Family room with very comfortable furniture, recliners which my dad enjoyed. Large TV fireplace. Close to main highway in downtown Maggie Valley. Road to house is a bit tricky with curves and its very steep. House located off the road so it feels very secluded. Hot tub in yard, very well set up. Wifi worked well. Probably the best house I've stayed in and met almost all of our needs! Negative no dishwasher, no labeling on fan and light control Maybe lable them or have a book with instructions. And for me, who is hot all the time, the upstairs ac did not keep it cool. My grandson and 2 neices did not have a problem with the temp. I was fine with the temp downstairs, where I stayed. Garbage pick up was on the day we came in so we ran out of room in the 1 bear proof can. Suggest 2 bear proof cans for garbage would be great. Thanks again for a great mountain stay! So really for me, I loved the place and Location of this rental Would recommend to family and friends.
