The house was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The access to the beach was good for everyone from grandparents to grand children. We rented it again for next year !!

It was just as amazing as the pictures showed. The location could not be better. A private backyard that is just steps from the beach. We were traveling with children and the beach was perfect because it was protected from the large waves by the sand bar, making it much safer. The views out the window were stunning! The home was better supplied than almost any other rental we’ve stayed at. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and spices. There was even foil, plastic wrap and some ziplock bags. They supplied laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and all the essentials. There were books for kids and adults, and even some kids toys. It was very much appreciated. Most places provide the minimum. This home felt like home. The beds were all very comfortable and it was easy to enjoy our vacation. We loved that the beach was never crowded, and that it was peaceful and safe. There is a lot to do in the area and we took advantage of some of the beautiful hikes. We watched people dig clams and fish for crabs. It was a perfect beach vacation.

Beautiful home in an amazing location - right on Netarts Bay. The view from the house is spectacular. The house has everything you need - very well-equipped.

Beautiful and comfortable. The kids (9 and 12 year olds) especially loved the loft. Only complaint...the weather. We definitely want to rent this one again.

A wonderful experience from booking to check out. The house was clean, cozy and well stocked. Sarah, the property manager, was gracious and accommodating. Great stretch of beach for walks and sunsets. I highly recommend this property.

Loved the house and location. Would definitely stay again. The only drawback is that the living room needs shades or blinds as the sun is blinding.
