Good breakfast and the staff were really helpful going out of their way to help me when my key cards weren’t working on my room door so I really appreciate that

Breakfast was good. Room was very nice. Surprisingly, there was no road noise despite proximity to 95.

Rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast.
It would be nice to have a safe in the room. Bathroom could use extra hooks for towels.

Beds need changed out. Sunk to the middle. I weigh 165 my wife weighs 140 so it wasn’t us.

Didn’t eat breakfast I was resting. Plus I think it was a bit too pricey $212 for one night on a Thursday was out this world but I had to sleep.
The price of the room was a bit too steep but I needed to rest. Everything else was great

Loved the mint water. all are very well made with nice friendly staff. always a good way to have others to eat when its free. hot and cold bar was really well kept and maintained really well. had a good experience.
The food wasn't so hot, would love to have more fruit out as well as veggies. have no other compliants. im not really a breakfast type person outside of the home, however it was good to stop by in the am to get some food.

Location
My room was dirty, blue cigarette lighter on headboard, a small behind curtain in the window, someone before us opened a mini fan and left the box in the window and it was never removed.

It was clean and staff was nice.
It seemed overcrowded and overbooked. Most days it was hard to find parking in their light.

We pulled down our bed’s sheets to find blood stains on them!!!! It took staff 45 MINUTES to get up to our room to replace the bedding!!! It was late and my entire family was up late bc of them not moving quickly! As if that even mattered once we found BLOOD STAINS ON OUR UNUSED BED SHEETS!!!!

bathroom is sucks. door can’t be locked. very tiny sink with cheap faucets. very hard to wash hand and face because water comes out and around. shower isn’t working properly and there is no spout that you can get the water and wash things.
disappointing.
