Bathroom smelled awful b/c toilet has been leaking for a long time. Floor was wet& mushy. Bathmat was wet & moldy. Not Good!! Needs repair! No staff on property.

The property and room was clean, comfortable, safe, and close to downtown. The ability to control the AC in the room was great, and the amenities provided were very nice.

We arrived at the property right at our check-in time, and it took us approximately 30 minutes of searching around the property for our room. Our reservation said we had "The Executive Suite", but none of the rooms available were labeled as such. After helping some other guests find their room, I called the only phone number provided and nobody would answer. I left a message with my info, and proceeded to enter the room code on all rooms to find our room. It's called "The Azalea". Please remove The Executive Suite from all sites accepting reservations. The property owner did eventually reach out via text after we were inside the room. We received some messages via text and some important ones via email. I prefer being contacted by one method.

Good location. Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. Property manager was easily accessible and responsive to all inquiries. Would recommend anyone going to Mount Dora to check out this property.

We went there in the heat of the summer and it was a little warm. Had to use fans to cool off the room in addition to the AC. Not a bed and breakfast. However, access to shared kitchen/dining area.

Room size, bed, bottle of cider in room, kitchenette.

Bathroom needed a little TLC.

It was so roomy and a walking distance to downtown. It was decorated so cute and gave us plenty of towels. The huge TV was awesome and even had streaming sites on there. I loved the self check in and out. Super convenient. The place was quiet and it made a perfect relaxing getaway.

The place was very unique and historic

I had a downstairs unit called the Boganvilla and could here the people's footsteps in the morning and evening.

Mt Dora is a charming little nest and well worth a stop (or an overnight stay) when visiting central Florida. It has a great vibe, lots of nice cafes and restaurants, and offers a lot of activities (sightseeing, biking, hiking, walking, etc.). Our stay at the Estate at Mt Dora was wonderful. The B&B has lots of charm and character. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable (it was like sleeping on a cloud!). The overall value is great. We highly recommend Mt Dora and the Estate at Mt Dora.

The bathroom was tiny, there was a stove and cookware, but no where to sit to eat.

It was really cute and close to the downtown area, you could walk. Rooms a good size our private little kitchen was pretty cool. Good toilet paper.

Our room didn't have a place to hang or put away any of our clothes. We had an iron but no ironing board. Also some to go paper cups for coffee would have been nice. Also a full length mirror would have been nice was hard to share the one mirror in the bathroom.
