EVERYTHING! I was really impressed by the photos when I booked Neano Escape but in person it just absolutely blew us away!! We could not believe how amazing it was and the 4 nights we spent here we just couldn't stop smiling. We only left once to visit the local village for lunch and otherwise just spent our days lazing about the pool, enjoying the delicious food at the restaurant and taking in the breath taking views. It is secluded and nestled in the hills so you get a spectacular view of the mountains around you as well as the sea. The rooms were pure luxury and having a code to enter rather than always having to check you have a keycard was so good. Also being able to order via whatsapp was a luxury I never knew I needed until now. The staff are incredible, all very friendly while still ensuring everyone has privacy. The decor was stunning and honestly we just spend the days looking around at everything in awe. The massages were also exceptional and if you are that was inclined (I am not) there is a very well equipped cross fit style gym. It took us about an hour and a half to get to the airport on our last day and I loved being somewhere quiet away from the busy nature of some areas in Bali. The othes guests were all very respectful and it was a very nice relaxed atmosphere. To top it all off the value for money here is fantastic, we want to get back as soon as we can.

The building is fairly modern and the distant view over the coast is nice. We did day trips for snorkeling to Blue Lagoon, Virgin Beach and Jasri Beach as well as Cucukan Beach. Cleaner and less populated beach areas on the north east coast of Bali.

More ceiling fans and or cooling at reception and the upper restaurant, it was hot and humid when we stayed. The location limits you a little although we arranged drivers most days to get out and about. Meals are limited to the on site restaurant which are fine but there were no other nearby options. An on site store or shop would be handy to purchase snacks etc that otherwise need to be purchased from mini marts and the like several klms away. The swimming pool temperature was too warm when we were there as it was very hot weather but we noticed this problem at other resorts too.

Очень красивый отель, бассейн теплый круглосуточно и в нем можно купаться 24/7, красивые уютные номера, потрясающий вид на природу и океан, вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал, в общем - влюбилась в это место 😍

Отель находится в 1:30-2:00 часа езды от аэропорта и центра города. Очень сложно вызвать такси (grab) и машину и мопеды. Отель предоставляет опцию вызова такси с прайсом в 2 раза больше приложения grab

Colazione buonissima , tantissima scelta ,prodotti freschi , una vista meravigliosa nella zona dove si andava per mangiare . La location e spettacolare con vista in alto sul mare . Noi avevamo la camera in alto , grandissimo letto ,bagno bellissimo ,terrazza con vista ,fantastico . Staff molto preparato e cordiale. Relax al 100% Lo consiglio a tutti ,soprattutto per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos del traffico .

Хороший отель, отзывчивые хозяева, классный дизайн, сервис тоже на уровне, есть нюансы, но стараются. Есть что посмотреть вокруг, если захочется выезжать из отеля, кстати пляж virgin beach по рекомендации хозяев реально классный, 30 мин на байке. Мы брали люкс, очень хороший большой стильный номер, все очень комфортно плюс своя терраса с видом на долину, вдалеке океан. В общем отель смело рекомендуем👍🏻

Бывает шум из деревни вокруг, иногда хотелось больше тишины, но это не критично, ну и к отелю по сути не имеет отношения. Можно поработать с меню завтраков. Смело просите персонал, они находят решения.

It really takes a little while on bumpy road to reach the hotel. Must have a motor scooter to get around.

Una bellissima struttura dove isolarsi in una tranquillità immersi nella natura di Bali. Direttore gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, piscina fantastica, palestra funzionale, noleggio scooter direttamente da loro, ristorante con vista spettacolare. Camere pulite dove si dorme perfettamente.

La posizione un po’ isolata con una strada molto buia alla sera, ma contribuisce alla bellezza del posto. Forse da migliorare un po’ le opzioni di colazione.

The ants everywhere

Stunning property in the most beautiful setting overlooking the rice fields and down to the sea. The staff are simply wonderful - everyone without exception was lovely and make you feel like you are at home. In particular I would like to mention Putu the driver, Wira and Boom Boom in the bar and restaurant along with Yuni and Yuvisa, and Sari in the spa gives beautiful massages! Unfortunately I didn’t get everyone else’s name but the staff really make the difference here - their attention to detail is great and their passion for the local area and Bali is inspiring. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Restaurant à revoir Délais d’attente pour un restaurant vide de 25 min pour deux cocktails inacceptables Prix du vin rouge exorbitant à 230k rpi (15€) le verre alors qu’ils sont à 80k partout. Nourriture pas excellente, ils jouent sur le phénomène de nourriture tendance comme le houmous sans savoir le faire.

Très bel établissement, tout neuf lancé il y a peine 7 mois. Tout est tres moderne, tres design, les équipements sont dernière génération : - Télé netflix (ce qui est rare dans les hôtels à Bali) - digicode pour entrer dans la chambre Le lieu propose une super salle de sport Crossfit sur place avec terrain de volley et badminton. Une belle vue mer de la piscine à débordement. La literie est bonne avec des lits kingsizes. Les petits déjeuner sont tops ! Le restaurant propose même des Shisha livrable sur votre terrasse de chambre ou au bord de la piscine.

Nous n’avons pas eu de bonnes impressions avec le restaurant : - Humous qui n’est pas du humous mais une soupe. - Délais monstrueux (25min) pour deux cocktails alors que nous n’étions que 4 personnes dans le restaurant. - Menu un peu léger comparé à d’autres hôtels du genre avec des propositions un peu hors du commun (les propriétaire sont tchèques et proposent des plats de leur pays) ce qui réduit considérablement la petite carte. - Le prix excessif des verte d’alcool y compris le vin rouge a 230k rpi ( 15 euros le verre de vin) alors que cela coûte en moyenne 80k rpi en moyenne.

Es war super! So schön gestaltete Anlage, die den Hang hinab aufs Meer blickt. Alles hell und zurückhaltend mit charakteristischer Bambusarchitektur gestaltet, hochqualitative Einrichtung, super bequeme Betten! Pool fantastisch mit Blick auf die Bucht, man kann sich hier den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Das Essen ist top, und per WhatsApp supereinfach auf die eigene Terrasse bestellt, wenn man mal nicht die 100 Schritte zum Restaurant machen möchte. Gut ausgestattetes Open Air Gym. Das gesamte Personal umsorgt einen supergut gelaunt und herzlich. Die Anlage ist ruhig, man kommt hier richtig zur Erholung

The people who made a difference. To name a few; Eric who makes the best cappuccino in the Southern hemisphere - he collects and roasts the beens himself, Nany who runs that team with grace and Bombom always ready for good advice. The excellent value for money. The rooms are very functional. The nice pool and the view. Located in an area where the two beaches (Blue Lagoon for snorkeling and Virgin beach) and many worthwhile visiting temples and rice fields are rather close.

The electronic voice when closing the room-door is too affirmative. 😂 Accessing the beach requires transport and takes about 30 minutes each.

Everything about the place was wonderful, the view was charming, the food was good, the service provided was excellent, and finally the staff made me feel a family atmosphere with them.

Neano is a gorgeous hotel, far away from the typical bali traffic chaos and the crowds of tourists! The architecture and the garden are beautiful, and from the pool you have an absolutely stunning view of the landscape (it is really as nice as on the pictures). The outdoor crossfit gym is great as well, also the SPA is very nice. All the staff was incredibly friendly. You can order everything (food, drinks) via whatsapp which we found very convenient. I would very much recommend taking the Deluxe Suite, which is in the second floor and offers more privacy and both the room and bathroom are very spacious and beautiful and you have a very nice balkony on which you can enjoy your daily breakfast with the mindblowing view.

Most of the food and beverages were good, a few dishes in our opinon could be improved, e.g. the pasta and pizza. Generally it would also be nice to have a few more options for vegetarians.

Das Hotel und der gesamte Aufenthalt waren absolut perfekt! Eine super freundliche Begrüßung mit leckerem Welcome-Drink, zahlreiche Tipps zum Erkunden der Umgebung und ein Early-Check-In machten sofort einen super Eindruck. Das ganze Areal ist top gepflegt mit schönen Pflanzen und Beleuchtung, das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Pool ist einfach der Hammer - groß, mit Blick zum Meer, warm, sauber und für Highlight-Fotos mehr als geeignet - zudem 24-Stunden nutzbar. Die Zimmer, richtig schön mit Naturmaterialien, das Bett mega bequem und sehr sauber. Das Esse und Getränke werden auf Wunsch (WhatsApp Kommunikation) an jede Stelle im Resort geliefert, das Abendessen und Frühstück im Restaurant ist auf hohem Niveau und preislich trotzdem erschwinglich. Das gesamte Preis-Leistungsverhöktnis, insbesondere der unteren Zimmer direkt am Pool, ist absolut super - für den Preis haben wir in zahlreichen Hotels schon deutlich schlechter übernachtet. Dieses Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt empfehelen und würden sofort wieder dort buchen!

Kleinigkeiten: - Waschbecken ist nicht ganz optimal, da der Wasserhahn etwas zu kurz ist und Wasser beim Händewaschen häufiger daneben läuft - Der gemiete Roller am Hotel war schon etwas älter und klapprig (Scoopy) für die teils ungeteerten Wege, aber wer Übung hat kann auch diesen problemlos nutzen

Hôtel paraît un peu superficiel dans ce village pauvre. Tout est électronique: communication avec le personnel pour room service, code pour rentrer dans la chambre,… Manque d’équipement comme une bouilloire, thé et café.

L’hôtel est magnifique, belle chambre, belle décoration, vue superbe, piscine ouverte 24/24. Bon restaurant. Personnel prévenant et souriant.

L’hôtel est un peu difficile d’accès

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Neano Escape. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und hell und der Ausblick ist super. Das Frühstück (oder natürlich auch Mittag oder Abendessen) direkt auf der eigenen Terrasse oder am Pool genießen zu können war toll. Am besten waren aber die Mitarbeiter, die alle immer extrem freundlich waren und einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben! Ob man den Tag entspannt am Pool verbringt oder sich eine Massage im hauseigenen Spa gönnt, hier kommt man weg vom Trubel der Instagram-Spots oder des chaotischen Verkehrs der Städte auf Bali! Falls einem aber doch nach einem Ausflug ist, kann man vor Ort einen Scooter mieten oder sich eine Fahrer organisieren lassen. Auch hier haben die Mitarbeiter alles sofort in die Wege geleitet und einen mit tollen Tips zu den besten Orten versorgt! Wir würden jederzeit zurück kommen.

Tolles Hotel, super leckeres Essen und sehr hilfsbereites Personal

What an incredible place! Having been to a few different places in Bali this is by far my favorite, especially for those who are looking to get a flavor of “real Bali” in the northeast of the island. Incredible views out of the swimming pool, great location to relax and unwind, staff very attentive to all requests and extremely caring. The property manager Mr. Kuskus and other staff such as Bumbum, Yuni, Juliana and others were all outstanding in making the stay a memorable one. We booked this last minute due to a change of plans, initially for one night. Ended up staying 4 - in two different rooms, both really nice! The bungalow garden room may not have the view but is really nice and cosy. The suits upstairs have a fantastic view. If you are looking to relax and be away from the craziness of the touristic spots of Bali, this is a must!

A bit more variety on the options of the breakfast menu would be nice (totally ok if one stays 2/3 nights).

Simply.... Awesome! The staff was VERY polite and friendly, IT almost felt to be welcomed by friends. The Hotel itself is small enough to be familiar and Not crowded. Awesome view from the Pool. The Restaurant offers a very good quality for a fair price... Breakfast as well as for dinner and Lunch. On top... The Gym was well equiped (almost a crossfit box)

There was nothing missed

Die Architektur des Hotels ist sehr gelungen - es war mit eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir je waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist herrlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben über das Hotel unsere Fahrt nach Gili Air gebucht (über Eka Jaya) - hat alles einwandfrei geklappt. Unsere letzte Nacht auf Bali haben wir ebenfalls wieder hier verbracht. Der Transport zum Airport nach Denpasar war kein Problem.
