Modern, clean and spacious. Service from friendly staff made the stay a positive one.
The shower pressure was non existent. The air conditioning was noisy and struggled to maintain a steady cool temperature at night. The walls seemed thin. You can hear movements, tv and curtains drawing in the next rooms.

How nice and fancy everything was. They place was beautiful and very comforting!
No swimming pool and the cost for breakfast was the only downside of my stay!

I would have liked more coffee and creamer in the room and a microwave as well. Ruths' Cris customers use the Marriot parking.

No housekeeping except every other day and the room was dirty the second day with dirty towels and trash in the trash cans

New! Up to date! Clean. Easy parking. Room keys used to access floors and rooms for safety. Especially great location for The Factory - concert venue.
Expensive breakfast.
Someone in room above us had a child running across the floor at 4am and again at 6am. Kept waking us up. Would suggest not booking rooms directly above other guests if possible.

Very clean and appealing.
Only downfall was our rooms AC wasn’t working so we had to be moved but it was a very quick and easy process.

exceptionally clean with beautiful finishes. especially loved the tile floors throughout our room!
my only criticism is that there was an open bottle of soda left behind in our room fridge.
