We loved the Tree House. It was a great kid free getaway for my husband and I. Location was close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location was perfect! The restaurants only had take out available but that ended up being perfect for us. We ate dinner then enjoyed some time in the hot tub to recharge for the following day.

Stayed here with my son and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening and the views were fantastic!

My only nit picky comment is that the property was sold between my booking and my stay. And therefore the property management company changed over within days of our trip. Some of the instructions I initially received about the property changed and I couldn’t get all my questions answered by the new company. I’m sure that will not be the case going forward. I would stay here again!

The property was clean and properly described. The hot tub and views were wonderful. We even saw a young elk and two foxes with morning coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay, u feel welcome as soon as u walk inside, up the spiral staircase and see the great view and amazing deck that you’ll lounge/bbq on. Jen, the owner is super easy to work with and we will definitively book again!

Jen is a joy to work with. Due to unforeseen circumstances this home was not available so she booked us in her other property next door, that we loved even more than the Tree House. The Tree House is well appointed and very comfortable. Charming wood burning stove brings warmth and charm to the space. Wide kitchen has a great flow and appeal making it easy to prepare meals, while enjoying conversation with others in the open floor plan. Will book again with her!

Our family visit to the "Tree House" was absolutely fantastic! The minute you drive into the driveway you are welcomed by a big Moose statue. When you see it, you know you've just reached Breckenridge's Tree house paradise! The house is decorated in a rustic Colorado motif that is incredibly and tastefully done. Everything is clean and full of Moose (literally). A spiral staircase welcomes you up to the main floor with two large Cedar beams showcasing the ceiling. The living room not only has beautiful over-sized leather furniture, it engulfs your entire body into softness which makes you not want to get up! The owner of the property is very nice and is very giving. Our family loves this place! We are looking forward to many more returns!

My wife and I, are two 6 year old girls, and our dog Scout have had the good fortune of being able to stay at the Tree House twice now. I used the word "magical" in the title of this review because there does seem to be an overall experience of being transported into a world that is really amazing. The term "Tree House" really does describe the experience of being up amidst the trees with great views of the mountains and a sense of being away from it all. I love that feeling while being so close to all of the fun and excitement in the heart of Breck. I also love--as does Scout, that we can be so close to town yet be able to walk just out the back door to a hiking trail. This trip I discovered a whole bunch of great hiking trails just a few minutes drive up Wellington. Our girls get so excited about being up at tree level, the hot tub, having their own private balcony, the spiral staircase, and are forever counting the all of the various moose--"mooses"--that are about--it is amazing how many variations on the moose theme there are--it is equally amazing that Jen has pulled this off without it seeming kitschy. Jen is always great to work with--she is such a warm and welcoming person. Jen--thank you so much for creating such a great experience for our family. You have shared with us the wish that we create "many warm family memories" please know that you have created a space that has created so many great memories! Thank you.

A group of us came up to stay here for a weekend, and it worked out great! It is a lot bigger than pictures do justice, and the outdoor deck is huge! Loved the hot tub and the feel of seclusion even being close to main st. Highly recommended to anyone

We have stayed at the Treehouse twice now and adore it. It is perfect for two people and our two small dogs. Breck itself is very dog friendly which is one reason we will continue to return to the area. The house is layed out well with excellent mountain views. The bus stop is just around the corner. You will see daily visits from the local fox family as they make their rounds. If you put peanut butter on the birdfeeder out back you will see a wonderful variety of local birds. I cannot wait until we return. Be sure to stop by and say hi to Chuck the owner down at Lucha. They have great Mahi Tacos.

The Tree house is the perfect name for this beautful home. For you truly feel as though you're in the trees. My son compared it to riding on a chair lift. Very cool layout. THank you Polly, Jen and Tom for an awesome get-a-way.
