two wonderful nights staying at 244. beautiful home with everything you need for a luxury escape. we enjoyed a wine on the sun drenched deck each evening before we made the very easy walk into town.
highly recommend staying here - enough room for everyone to enjoy their own space and a wonderful lounge and deck area for socialising.

This house has all the modern comforts needed for a great holiday or work trip, and was perfect for our family. The kids had many places to play in and things to do and the adults were comfortable with excellent indoor and outdoor spaces for rest and relaxation. Would highly recommend this property for couples, families or groups alike! The central location made it easy to enjoy all that the town had to offer too. A 5-star stay at a wonderful property! The house was really clean and a great modern design. The instructions and check in information was clear and accurate. The location was close to the city centre, we mostly drove there but you could also walk there in 15 minutes.

Well located, well appointed beautiful home with drive on and secure garage. The 4 bedrooms are a good size and there’s lots of space in the open plan living area to relax and unwind! Highly recommend !

We visit New Plymouth several times a year to see family, and this is the 2nd time we've booked a Bach Break property - we will only book with them in the future. The service was fantastic with great communication emails before we arrived. This property was modern, warm, sunny, and well designed with everything you needed for a family holiday. House was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen and a short walk to the Art Gallery and restaurants.

This property is amazing, every corner is beautifully furnished up to the smallest detail. There are nice art works and decors and plenty of things to do - table tennis, board games and heaps of books. Conveniently located in the CBD so it's close to everything.
