It was an amazing experience: lovely modern apartment served with hand cooked bread and cookies. Perfect location in a quite and green area, located near all necessary amenities.

It was noted because my wife suffers from an allergy to dust, but some places like a lamp or a shelf above the fridge were dusty.

Great place! Decorated nicely, very cozy and well equipped with everything nedded for 2-3 night trip in tthe city (including a convenient and fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and a freezer). Nira and Haggai Ziv were very nice and kind to us and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you :)

Nira and Hagai are super nice hosts, they welcomed and greeted us and they made us feel very comfortable. The property is in a nice quite neighborhood, so sleeping at night was uninterpreted and we felt completely safe with nothing to worry about. Check-in/Check-out was hassle free. Inside the apartment there was a delicious home made bread which complemented our breakfasts for sure. There is a large refrigerator and a conduction stove with enough kitchen ware to get by. The large screen TV was a plus, although we did not use it much, it was good to watch the news every now and then. The property is in a good location with walking distance to grocery store, bakery, etc. It is near the major routes to Tel Aviv and vicinity or the highway to Jerusalem. The private covered parking was a great plus for us which has an electric door so our rental was not parked outside under the summer sun. There is a nice shaded seating area in the yard great to have breakfast in the morning. We whole heatedly recommend staying At Ziv's place.

The property description could have a little more details about the apartment being a sort of a basement apartment (one has to go down the stairs from the main level). This by definition limits the type of windows it could have, which were narrow and with very limited visibility to the outside. Also when coming with large luggage it's a bit of a pain to take them down the stairs. We could have used an ironing board (there is an iron but no board) I wish a washer and a dryer could be available as we needed to wash cloths and the towels but we couldn't.
