the stairs but that can’t be helped. I have mobility issues and I should have checked but I’ve not been an immobile traveller long. parking on street is a bit pot luck but not a big issue

Very stylish place, very clean and very well equipped.

The second bedroom was extremely small! Too small for two teenagers. Would be great of dishwasher was available.

The house was spotless and every effort had been made to ensure we had everything we needed and more

Everything! Lovely property good location and all the comforts of home. The Christmas tree and decorations made it special. The host Trish was extremely accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

This house makes you feel at home instantly. My youngest son was amazed by it and didn’t even want to go out and once we did he kept saying ‘I want to go to the amazing house’ 😊

Beautiful cottage with all amenities. Very tastefully and comfortably furnished. And nice touch if welcome pack.

TV. Not the easiest to use. On a very steep hill Heating controls very difficult to get into because of bunk beds in front of cupboard.

The location of the property was great for our family as we were visiting relatives in and around Saddleworth/Oldham. The property was very well presented with all the amenities we needed. It also looked lovely as all furnishings made the place incredibly cosy. The kitchen and bathroom were very easy to use and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was really clean and was like home from home. We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was also an ideal location for walks.

We only stayed one night for a family wedding in the area but couldn't have picked any better, photos don't do it justice, it's beautiful inside, luxurious, comfy and sparkling clean. The host was great allowing flexible check in and out and even left a box of provisions which was perfect for our brief stay. If looking for something in this area I'd highly recommend.

Trish is an exceptional host who responds quickly to messages and has added extra details to really make her guests feel welcome and at home. The area is great for walkers and plenty of great pubs to eat and relax. perfect place to get away for a restful break.

Steep external steps to access property and very steep internal staircase (no handrail and low headroom) bathroom very small with restricted access to wc

Absolutely everything. It was stunningly beautiful. There was even a guidebook telling you about the spots.

The location is a bit off but we came here knowing that was the case so if you're nearby and dont mind something slower. Stay here!!

What an amazing find! Fantastic location for attending a family wedding. House is beautifully designed, clean throughout and the host was superb! Just wish we were there longer. The host always answered any questions quickly, which made it a stress-free visit. Plenty of parking and some extra little treats made our stay lovely and relaxing.

the house is beautiful, very clean ,very well equipped! host of the property goes above and beyond supplying everything you need ( towels, cleaners, bread, butter, cereals , fresh milk etc.) We will definitely book it again . Super comfortable and THE VIEW is wonderful! Thank you.
