The view from our room and from the breakfast terrace is simply incredible. Donatella and Pierluigi are fantastic hosts, the building is stunning, the rooms are furnished beautifully. This is a 10/10 absolutely perfect place.

we were there end of March on a particularly windy night. ozone if our windows was not very breeze proof and as a result the room was quite cold which unfortunately made it somewhat uncomfortable.

Building with lots of historical character in a great location. Very comfortable. Hotel manager Pierluigi was great host and full of excellent recommendations.

Beautiful. Historic. Perfect location in the center of Polignano A Mare with our window overlooking the sea, right above the cliffs, wow. We heard the waves outside which lulled us right to sleep. The room (Seneca) was stunning with period pieces true to the building's history, yet modern with its small fridge, heater, AC and hot water. We were greeted with friendliness and grace and cannot wait to return! Remember that this is in the middle of the historic district of the village, which (like all historic centers in Italy) do not allow outside cars, so park only in designated spots and then walk into the village. We parked 450 meters away and had a wonderful stroll through the village before reaching the palace. Thank you Relais Del Senatore, and see you again soon!

I loved the view from the room, the host was very welcoming.Breakfast was delicious.

The location could not have been better. It is is located in the heart historical district and literally perched on a cliff overlooking the Adriatic. The property itself was beautifully done and our host /concierge was incredible. He made us feel at home and helped with things to do, parking, restaurants and advice on getting our car back to Bari for our Rome flight. I cannot say enough great things about him….the experience was perfection.

The water view were magnificent. It was right in the Storico Centro. The rooftop deck faced the sea and was wonderful for breakfast, even in late October/early November. It was a full breakfast including eggs of your choice. The common areas were classically furnished and comfortable.

The property is magnificent. Parking, however, is a challenge because the property is in a “no drive” district. Pierre Luigi met us at the car and took our bags for us the three blocks that we had to walk to the property. He was able to direct us to free parking several blocks away.

A perfect location for a solo senior female traveller - in the historic zone, close to restaurants and beaches. Pierluigi is a wonderful host - arranged for a car and driver to visit Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternina. Aided me when my cell phone wasn't cooperative. A pleasant and helpful host.

The location is amazing. We stayed in 2 places while we were in Polignano a Mare and this was such good value compared to the other. literally right on the sea and also in the heart of the old town. Breakfast is yummy too! We extended our stay here an extra night

Pierluigi is the GM of B&B Realis Del Senatore and was extremely helpful and put you at ease. He wanted you to relax and enjoy everything Polignano A Mare has to offer. Since we arrived by car he provided an address where we could park and w met there and brought to the B&B by golf cart. This you should take advantage of. It is a nominal fee of 20 Euro to park, be picked up and dropped off at the B&B. Since the B&B is located in a non vehicle area this is well worth the money. They had a fantastic roof top with picturesque views of the caves located in the sea directly below. To be any closer to the sea you would have to be in the water. The roof is available 24 hours a day. You can lounge on the chairs and sunbath or you can have a drink and snacks and look out onto the ocean. It is also very close to the beach. The breakfast was served on the roof and Pierluigi had everything you could want from all types of croissants, eggs, toast, fruit, juices. and every type of coffee that could be made. Pierluigi is the perfect host and he truly enjoys what he does and he makes certain you have a most enjoyable time.

Luigi did everything possible to make our stay extremely comfortable. He provided a shuttle from the train station, helped with baggage & provided a delicious breakfast. Great room within the village.

I have nothing negative to say. Our stay exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.
