This home is so gorgeous, the backyard was perfect for a girls weekend in the summer. The home is spacious and well designed and the beds were very comfy!

Absolutely PERFECT for my wife and I as well as a babysitter and our two kids. The pool area is amazing and the house layout is very user friendly. Highly recommend and we will be back.

This home was incredible. Honestly one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed in. It was also the perfect size for our family. Unfortunately, the property management company (Turn Key) truly ruined this experience for us.
The pool and hot tub didn’t get fixed until the afternoon of our final day at the property. We never got to use it after we asked for it to be fixed several times a day every day we were there.
We also were traveling with our 10 month old and had a babyquip (baby equipment) delivery that we requested to be dropped off an hour or so before check-in so we could have the crib set up for our daughter’s first nap. The property management company was absolutely heartless and wouldn’t let the baby times be delivered until after we checked in. To say they were in accommodating would be an understatement. They were very rude and not understanding.
I would love to stay at this property again and recommend it to everyone I know who is traveling to wine country, but I would not do that unless a new property management company is hired.

We have rented houses all over the world, and know what to expect from a rental at this cost point. The house is smaller in square footage than it looks. We never received the check-in information before we were close to the home. It would have been nice to receive before that time. We were told that the pool was solar heated. When we arrived, there was a booklet with information about the house that stated the pool could be heated at a cost during the shoulder season. Once we were there, we were told that the pool could not be heated and that we needed to call to have the hot tub heated. Once it reached its optimal temperature, it would automatically turn off after an hour, and we had to call Turnkey management services to turn it back on. In the middle of the stay, they fixed that issue. The pool was basically useless because it was too cold, and they did not honor their own rules and regs. FYI, there is a nice tub in the master bedroom, but the only shower in that bathroom is outdoors. Not the greatest situation if the weather is cool. The Turnkey property management company knew very little about the ins and outs of the property, and we got several different answers depending on who answered the phone. House was clean and nicely appointed otherwise.

Sonoma Birthday Weekend
The home was really beautiful although should be cleaner, with a lot of deferred maintenance inside and out for this rate.
The home was beautiful and you can tell it was well built but needs some love. Needed better Cleaning, maintenance, stocked kitchen(oils, hot pads, condiments), safe outside. We loved the house, the windows, and the space.

It felt like this house had not been rented in quite a while several items did not work properly and the house did have a stale air smell in it. The hot tub worked one day and then barely warmed up, several remotes did not have batteries, note the 3rd bedroom is a pull-out sofa rather than a bed! There were a couple sets of instructions for the house that conflicted each other. Overall for the price I would recommend considering other properties in the area.

We used this house as our home base for a two-week stay to explore the California redwoods, the Sonoma Coast, local hiking trails, and various wine regions throughout Sonoma and Napa. We would unquestionably do it again.

Wonderful stay
This house is steps above other rentals: Beautifully decorated, stunning views, and the most useful owner’s manual we’ve encountered. We used this house as our home base for a two-week stay to explore the California redwoods, the Sonoma Coast, local hiking trails, and various wine regions throughout Sonoma and Napa. We would unquestionably do it again.

And someone with a long haired white dog must have been there before us because the hair was everywhere, on the couches, all the throw blankets etc. Also, I left my hair dryer there, wrote to TurnKey to locate it, then they found it and said to expect tracking info shortly. Then they went radio silent and all my texts go unanswered. It’s been many weeks - hopefully this review will help the situation get resolved.

Perfect weekend getaway for a celebration!
This property is stunning and I already can't wait to find an excuse to return! We were a group of girls that live in SF who stayed for the weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday and bachelorette. The pool was amazing and the views are incredible. Plenty of space for everyone and perfect place to gather and unwind for a getaway. My only regret is not spending time on the bocce ball court!

This is a beautiful, well appointed and located home. Overall we had a fine stay. A few items to note however; there is no shower in the master bathroom (just an indoor tub and an outdoor shower). We had to shower in the other bathrooms. Also, there were some irritating miscommunications/inconsistencies by Turnkey/Owner re: entry codes and garbage bins. Most disappointing was the outdoor lounge chairs. They were dirty, heavy and stored to the side of the house; not set up for our use (as shown in pictures).

Retirement celebration Napa/Sonoma
We loved the views and the gorgeous home. It has a chefs kitchen that a hired chef loved! Six adults enjoyed the pool and spa with easy heating using an iPad supplied in the kitchen. It had an easy retractable solar cover. The beds and bedding were comfortable and generous. The exact directions were clear upon arrival. We also enjoyed a late departure without rushing to pack. Off the beaten path but worth the drive for the home and views. Fifteen minutes to Sonoma.

We spent five days at this beautiful home. The kitchen is spacious and extremely well-equipped. The view of the Sonoma Valley from the back of the house is spectacular. The entire house is immaculately clean and spacious. We only wish the master bedroom had a shower indoors rather than outdoors and a closet in the third bedroom would also be nice. We would definitely return to this home again.
