Nice view but I must extra pay

Its a good experience over all Everything was good,fast and easy.

Meals are not included, I hope that they could kindly provide recommendations for nearby dining options. The location of the apartment is excellent. Having arrived and explored the surroundings, I am pleased to say that the location perfectly meets my expectations.

Upon our arrival, we noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the room. While we understand that different guests have diverse preferences, the smell of cigarettes is personally unpleasant to us. We were hoping for a smoke-free environment, and the current odor is impacting our comfort during our stay.

هذا المكان نصب علي عندما وصلت لتسجيل الدخول لم اجد اي احد واتصلت بمكان الاقامه وقال لي انه لا يستطيع اعطائي الحجز لاني تاخرت في تسجيل الدخول علما بانني وصلت ساعه 11:40pm واخبرني بأنه مستعد لتوفير بديل ويجب علي ان أدفع 100 درهم زياده وللأسف بسبب حاجتي للسكن مع عائلتي وبسبب خصمهم المبلغ كاملا قبل بيوم 630 درهم دفعت ايضا 100 درهم لايجاد سكن بديل لي بسبب الحاجه تم استغلالي والنصب علي من قبل هذا المكان اتمنى من بوكينج وزارة السياحة الاماراتيه التدخل لايقاف هذا المكان الاستغلالي الذي نصب علي

لا شيء فقط تم النصب علي من قبلهم واستغلالي

Nothing is like the pictures , smell bad , no private parking , WiFi zero

The rooms very lovely with every facility including iron and ironing board.Excellent sea views and very close to the beach. Staff were exceptionally welcoming.

Very well equipped furnished apartment. Helpful and very nice host, accommodating our needs during our stay. The sea view from the bedroom and balcony is amazing.

دورات المياة قديمه ومتهالكة والاثاث غير نظيف الأبواب قديمة والاسرة قديمة متهالكة تم وضع تحتها براميل صبغ لكي تحملها والتقييمات في البرنامج مظلله غير صحيحة

Amazing sea views.Room was super clean and large. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. There was also the best service! Everyone was very nice .Thanks for extraordinary experience.

*The sea view was outstanding, all the rooms have the same view, I was surprised. We enjoyed our stay. *the whole house was neat and cozy.

الموقع جيد جدا الخدمات كانت اكثر من سيئة لا يوجد نظافة او اي نوعد من الخدمات المكان ليس فندق بل شقق للايجار وليست ملك شخص وكنا نعاني كثير من موضوع الخدمات والنظافة

الخدمات كانت اكثر من سيئة لا يوجد نظافة او اي نوع من الخدمات

تجربة سيئة للغاية بل ترقى إلى الغش والخداع

عدم المصداقية بكل ما هو معروض

There is no swimming pool for all the rooms

Very nice and clean furnished apartment . Wonderful sunset sea views. So many restaurants and supermarkets near by.

Everything was great. The rooms, the kitchen and the sea view.

The building is old and need regular maintenance. TV is small and not smart one. Not connected to the net.

WiFi and TV was not working ... they didn't even bothered to give the WiFi code... room looks very ok ok then the photos
