We are a family that often travels and rents larger properties for family vacations. This was the most well stocked home we have ever rented. We wanted for nothing. It was immaculately clean and steps from the magnificent Gulf Coast beach. 5 star property.

The best thing about this beach rental is the private beach access. This was such a big benefit when getting children and grandparents out to the water. Everyone enjoyed the place, and would stay again.

The property was wonderful. My husband and I rent a beach house for a week every year as a Christmas present for our children and grandchildren. This property was perfect for making more wonderful memories!

The house appeared very updated in the photos online, but all of the bathrooms excluding the master need a good bit of work especially the 2 downstairs. We had a few roaches in the room on the bottom floor as well. The sheets on the downstairs beds were stained and pretty gross looking. There were hornets nests all over the outdoor stairs so the kids were terrified. The two bikes that the company advertises on the page are both so rusted that they will not roll. The grill outside is disgusting and so old - it definitely needs to be replaced. And the pans in the kitchen were old and had black stuff coming off on the food so we had to go buy our own pots and pans for cooking. There are some old loose stones in the yard out by the moldy hammock that the baby kept trying to mess with that needs to be cleaned up as well. With all of that being said - most of the house was some what updated and pretty. The view of the beach was amazing and I liked having our own walkway to the beach. The downstairs kitchen and gaming area were nice to have! The chest of beach stuff was nice and the kids enjoyed that. The beach and water were SO beautiful. There wasn’t enough living room seating area, but the kitchen table made up for that! We overall enjoyed our stay, but for the price of the house just wish things would’ve been more updated. An exterminator definitely needs to come to the property and take care of those bees nest asap!

Townhouse was exactly as listed and more. Perfect location, great layout. Well stocked in all areas and all the beach toys were such a bonus. Plenty of space. Property Manager responsive from day one of booking. Would definitely stay again. Fort Walton Beach thanks for a great family vacation.

This location has everything! I went with a party of 12 people and this fit everyone comfortably. I had two children (2YO and a 11MO old) and it even came with a high chair and baby gates! We absolutely loved our stay and how this place came with everything we needed for adults and young children! The third floor was absolutely gorgeous!!! The area even has less people on the beach which really made it so Nice! Only problem is it has a couple hornets nests under the staircase outside that need to be taken care of but overall if I could give this location 10stars I would!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and the VIEWS were incredible!!! We had a family of 12 ranging in age from 2-76. The stairs were a little challenging for my parents but that was to be expected. The only suggestion I have would be to replace the queen mattress on the 1st floor. It is very uncomfortable and sinks to the middle. We absolutely loved this house and it’s location. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Honestly, the listing and pictures don’t do this home justice! Incredible stay, so relaxing, would highly recommend the home and Vacasa as they were spot on with the management side. Will look for a return trip in the future!!

Beautiful home! We loved the path to the beach and the amazing views!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The townhouse is located directly on the beach. Master bedroom has the best view from the bed. I really did not want to leave. If I had any issues, they addressed them quickly. They were very responsive and engaging to all my needs. Will return to this property in the future.

The property was everything we expected & more...loved being right on the uncrowded beach, short drive to anything needed/wanted, lots of toys for younger kids, foosball and air hockey for teenagers (and adults), great spaces to be together and separate...perfect!

We fully enjoyed this town house located directly on the beach. The quiet and serene location was absolutely wonderful. Located near restaurants, shops and activities was wonderful for our younger family members. Clean, well stocked and roomy townhouse made this vacation spot ideal for all family members.

This was a wonderful weekend getaway. Wish we had a week! We were right on the beach so when we couldn’t be on the beach, we could see it! We even saw dolphins one morning while sipping our coffee. We love to cook fresh seafood when we are in Florida and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great ice machine downstairs too! There are a lot of stairs so plan accordingly …if you have small children, they have stair gates and the kitchen is on the second floor. Bedrooms are very comfortable too - one bed downstairs was on the soft side but not overly soft. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We Loved the newly renovated spacious space! It was easy beach access with four beach chairs and two umbrellas already out when you get out to the beach! All the amenities were available and the views were awesome! I would definitely stay there again

Absolutely the best place by far I have stayed in the last 7 years! Easy access to the beach. House is spectacular. Love the rooms; enough space for a big family! Definitely fell in love with this place.

Greatest vacation my family has EVER had. The property manager and owners are first class and extremely helpful. Didn’t want to leave…already working on dates to return next year.
