My family and I enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We felt welcomed, knowledgeable about all the amenities thank you to our fabulous hosts. Their timely responses to questions werem appreciated. The kitchen and make living space was spacious and enjoyable to spend time in. The weekend turned out to be rainy and cold, but we felt like we still got to enjoy the outdoors by looking out at all the lake facing windows. This home was just perfect for our family celebration and gathering.

Beautiful lake view and access to lake. Close to Franklin Pierce and not far from Keene. Plenty of space to enjoy our time together - would definitely recommend !!

We stayed at this amazing home for my daughters wedding in Troy NH which was about 20 minutes away. On Sat. We had the girls get ready at the house which proved to be plenty of room, as we served a brunch and had people shower to get ready.There are many sitting spots for guests and when we arrived the home was as advertised and spotless. It was a cloudy and rainy day but it didn't matter as the home was comfy and cozy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us for such a special occasion!

The house was beautiful and the owners were responsive when being asked questions. The listing is very accurate and the info provided for check in and out is very detailed and easy to follow. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 adults and one baby. The house is awesome, the kitchen is well-stocked, the screened in porch is a huge plus and the kayaks and the dock for fishing were an added bonus for our group. We would totally return, it's the perfect mix of comfort and modern conveniences coupled with a gorgeous location and waterfront for a rustic feel.

There was lots of room for our group of 10 to eat and play together in the common spaces and plenty of beds for all of us. Very comfortable.

Beautiful view from this home. Everything you need is there. My family loved the little private beach for the kids. Kayaking, canoe, game room and a front porch that goes on forever. Beautiful sunrise, the sound of lunes, ducks and geese. None of us really wanted to leave. So, we will visit this property again.

We had SUCH a great week! Two families, combined 5 “kids”, (22, 19, 19, 15, 15) and 4 adults. We have missed our kids being away at college and desperately needed this together family time. The house was perfect. The lake was great! The kayaks and canoe were soooo fun. We took a trip 2hrs to the Flume, had dinner at the Woodstock inn and brewery (I highly recommend both !) did a small hike at cathedral of the pines, went bowling and ate at Harlow’s Pub in Peterborough. Overall such a great vacation. Our hosts were so attentive and easy to contact! Thank you for the memories!❤️

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely lake front home in NH. We were comfortable.The lake was great for swimming.We loved watching the loon family. A friend lent us a pontoon boat for the three weeks. Unfortunately, it rained nearly every day. Many activities were canceled because of the weather. The house was perfect for the 4 adults and a 4 year old. She loved the bunk bed and teepee. The house was clean and fit our needs. The owners were quick to respond to us.

We have family that lives on the lake and we try and come out once a year. We’ve outgrown staying with family and this is the perfect rental and location WITH A DOCK for our boat! We will be back next year. Thank you Amber & Erich.

Wow we had such an incredible time!! The cabin is beautiful and located in the best spot. Place was clean and the communication with the host was quick and easy. Could not have been better

Can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Great property on the Lake with incredible views. Close to some great restaurants, grocery stores etc. Home has everything you’ll need. Communication with owners was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was even better than the gorgeous pictures of this property! While there were only 4 of us there, there was a great deal of space for way more. The views from the living room and screened in porch were amazing. We were able to use the kayaks, sun on the long deck and build a bond fire. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the beds were comfortable. We were able to use a nice, clean grill for one of our evening meals . The girls and I shared many happy hours hanging out on both the upper and lower level porches. Erich and Amber were wonderful hosts and really helped us out when we got into a bit of a jam. I highly recommend this lake house for your stay in this area. I'm hoping to go back with my family in the future.

😆Travelers beware! Ugh… ok! I wanted to write a bad review so people wouldn’t go here and I could just move in!! But alas, integrity got the best of me-THIS PLACE IS PERFECT! It truly is PARADISE in NH! Everything worked and was perfectly clean-immaculate really! The only thing I didn’t care for (verification I’m a real VRBO-er) was the shower-head in the basement. Zero pressure and the head was wonky-it was classy looking though, just like everything else, so I got over it. Lol! Erich and Amber have decorated and set this house up to feel like a home. We got more attention than the bride of the wedding we were attending-everyone wanted to hang out at “our” place! Woke up to breathtaking scenery with smoke on the water (yes I’m plagiarizing Lynard Skynard, but I digress😬)!! Imagine having coffee in the am and hearing all the sweet sounds of life that only Mother nature can provide. Kayak rides by day and lovely bon-fires by night. If you aren’t catching my drift.. STAY HERE! My family of 11 will be going back! Sorry for all !!! I was blown away and those are all intentional. 😁

This lake house is a recently renovated rental that has a lot to offer. The best parts were the large open windows looking out onto the lake, the long screened porch for fresh air, the well equipped kitchen, the comfy upstairs living room for movie nights and the spacious sleeping arrangements, great for larger families with kids. Beds were okay but an upgrade on sheets and pillows would help. Everything was clean but the beds could 100% cotton sheets during the summer - there's something to be said for crisp percale on an otherwise muggy night. The ceiling fan was a great help as were box fans. No real need for A/C during our stay. Our young teen loved having the whole downstairs to himself to spread out and relish his independence. Also, the kayaking was fun - provided an opportunity to use the lake during the week when there were far fewer boats around. The dock was good for casting a line though we didn't swim from it. No bites but we did see a huge snapping turtle sunning itself near shore that has likely lived in the lake for decades. And, wonderfully, a family of Loons crossed the lake repeatedly over the course of our stay while we were enjoying morning coffee. Something to consider, this is an ACTIVE lake on weekends. We arrived to a crazy loud band concert on the lake that broke up within a couple hours of our arrival but if you are looking for a quiet New Hampshire lake, the social scene/motor boating on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will seem disruptive. Weekdays were a different story so we got some really pleasant peaceful days, too. Overall, it was a nice family late summer vacation on a pretty lake with plenty to explore nearby.

Beautiful house in the great location. We definitely enjoyed our time and would love to come back next year. One thing I wish it would be bigger fish in the lake. Just kidding. Definitely had the most relaxing vacations in the past few year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property provided everything we needed. The view of the lake and the lake itself was beautiful. Good location to do and see several things within 2 hour drives. Great communication with owners and ease of checking in etc was well done.

Beautiful house that felt like home! Had a great vacation here with my family. Perfect outdoor area.. I loved sunbathing on the dock and taking the kayaks out with my daughter. The inside of the house was so cozy and clean. We appreciated the convenience of some “baby proofed” areas for my grandson’s sake (gate at the top of the stairs, cabinet locks, etc.) Best screened porch with comfy seats.. loved waking up here and enjoying my coffee out on the porch overlooking the water. Wish we could’ve stayed longer… will hopefully be back next summer!
