Had some issue with the shower hot water but they fixed it.

I liked that they have hot and cold shower. Bed and pillows are comfy.

I didnt like that the room has no fridge, room slippers, and robe(but maybe we should have booked the pricier room type, err my bad). And worst, toilet flush is defective! Some of the staff are a bit rude. Tends to look down on you if you're not posh looking. But most of them makes up for the rude ones. Housekeeping, waiters and concierge assistants are very accommodating. Oh, breakfast option is very much limited. You will end up eating the same meal every morning!. Complimentary coffee mix of Andrea is too sweet, borders on sugar syrup :/

It is a very modern hotel, very comfortable

I didn't like that the front desk people are seated when attending to guests who are checking in. Please don't put chairs on the front desk as their tendency is to seat. which is really really bad. the five star hotels don't do that, and so if you have less stars, you can't even think about sitting while attending to a checking in guest.
