The location is scary looks like junkies area, the flat is run down with lot of things broken the heat is unbearable and one small AC in the corridor and nothing in the rooms not even a fan,heat inside was 33 decrease,the owner never show up but leaves the key in a box so you don't complain in his face, the smell in the place is unbearable, very dirty and sofa was disgustingly dirty, we were scared that some junky will break in and left to find a decent property and took no refund owner did not reply to my messages

Terrifying experience. 150€/night for literally a construction site. I counted several broken tiles, I could see plumbing exposed in the bathroom, floor was dirty, windows had crooked and bent shutters,…. Front door was broken, the terrace in front was some 2x2m squezzed in the back alley, in front of a destroyed wall in the back. Neighboring house was construction site with old ladders, floor tiles, construction equipment, etc.,… I was afraid for the kids safety due to possibility of falling bricks either from terrace walls or neighboring buildings. Across the terrace there was another spot of land between two buildings, covered with weeds and potentially infested with god knows what… Seemed like a good spot for all sorts of pests. The street the this thing is positioned in was some 3-4m narrow one way street with many of the buildings deteriorated. The floor inside the apartment was filthy, after 10min kids soles were pitch black so we had to wear the slippers inside all the time. The nicest part were the rooms of which owner advertises those beautiful fishes on the wall. I was trully horrified at the state of exterior surroundings of this thing, as I was realy afraid for the kids safety. Value for money - max. 50€/night, if you are caught in a thunderstorm and cannot spend the night out in the car. For me, last resort only, and this only for max50€. I have booked for 2 days and left after 1.st day and slept for 110€ in a 3star hotel in Olbia with breakfast included, so please dont welcome me to pay 3x more in a hotel…. Because this is straightforward diarespectful to the costumers - 150€/night.

big space 2 bedrooms upstairs ( for 4 people) and living room with sofa bed downstairs bathroom only downstairs (shower)

air conditioner in a common area made it difficult to sleep at night.
