Overall the stay was very good. Maybe have an extra blanket on hand.

This place worked perfectly for our stay even though we did not use the deck. It is close to many excellent restaurants and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking also. There is a large grocery/liquor store within an easy 10 minute drive.

We live in Michigan and needed a spot half way between our friends from Tennessee and Virginia. The house was very comfortable for our group and perfectly located for motorcycle rides. I’d definitely recommend staying in this home!

We stayed here for a dive meet at Myland Park about 20 minutes away. It was so nice to have a lovely home to come home to between practices and competition. The upstairs was a little warm, but that would be our only complaint. The amenities were wonderful. Great washer and dryer, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and overall great use of space in the home. Highly recommend!

We needed a place for a few days/nights so that our family could be close and together while my wife had surgery at Ruby Memorial. The location fit our needs well. It gave us a temporary home base away from home that helped our kids have some normalcy and fun while mom was going through a hard time.

We loved that the house had everything we needed. Even an ironing board! Three bathrooms were helpful with everyone getting ready at the same time! A nice walking/nature trail is 800 feet away!!

This comfortable property was ideal for our family trip. The house was immaculate, and we appreciated the spacious layout – perfect for a family of six. The quiet neighborhood and the well-kept backyard added a special touch of tranquility. We'd happily stay here again!

Evolve was a third party interest , VRBO was the listing site. Evolve overcharged for this place and gave me a lame excuse what the difference was.
The email with the entry code was incorrect.
I had to contact the owner to get the correct code. I will stay again at this house BUT I will NOT go through evolve!

The only feedback is that the kuerig didn’t work. The beds were very comfortable.

Very clean place for a quick getaway. House was a little small for our size family and only 2 parking spaces made it difficult for multiple cars to stay. Otherwise a great quiet place to stay.

We booked this home for our daughter’s graduation. It was minutes from campus and anything we needed. We were traveling with her grandparents, her 90 year old great grandmother, and our other children. The house was perfect for all of our needs. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The house was also appointed with everything we needed. Really nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again when she graduates with her masters degree. We also had excellent communication at every stage of this booking. Thank you!

We rented this home for graduation and we were pleasantly surprised with the roominess and comfort of this home. It was appointed with everything we needed. Extremely clean and plenty of towels and linens. Excellent communication. We look forward to renting here again!

Was very pleased with this property. Was in a quaint residential neighborhood, was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was adequately stocked with what we needed to cook. Definitely enjoyed the stay! Only thing we would recommend would be a box fan for the upstairs bedrooms.

The home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. I believe we were the first guests so the house was very clean and nicely appointed. There is laundry which is not noted in the listing - a big bonus! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and towels. A toaster would be a good addition. The A/C was not great upstairs in the larger rooms, but fine in the smaller upstairs room and downstairs. Overall, a very nice stay!
