Great location. Good parking. Accomodation very spacious and had everything you would need to make a perfect get away.

Great location. when we first arrived the apartment hadn’t been cleaned but it was resolved within an hour so a forgivable error. burnham is a nice quiet area with a nice pub and couple of cafes/restaurants.

the sofa beds were not very comfortable for sitting on, although they do have the obvious benefit of doubling up as a bed. the entrance looks very rough but it was quiet and seemed safe. the toilet wasn’t screwed to the floor properly which could become a hazard so needs to be dealt with.

location good with onsite parking. i think with the pricing you have to remain realistic about what you're getting. We were working in Slough and needed 2 bedrooms for 1 night. Hotels were coming up at £350+ so this place was half that and fitted the bill.

lounge was cold. 1 storage heater was not working. the check-in instructions seemed more concerned with constantly turning the boiler and heating off. lounge didn't get above 13 degrees

The apartment has good sized rooms and is well furnished. It is literally yards from all the shops and restaurants of Burnham High St but is set back in a quiet courtyard where you can park safely. For people who don't want to cook there were lots of options in the High St. Alternatively if you choose to cook there's a small Tesco and a large Budgen on the High St, and even a real Butcher! Burnham High St and the green and library at one end are a delight. The street is fairly narrow and one-way, so traffic has to proceed slowly, and this adds to the peaceful feel of the immediate area. We didn't need to go anywhere, but obviously there is the whole Thames Valley, the Chilterns, or a pretty short journey to Heathrow. National Trust / History enthusiasts will probably already know it's only 6/7 minutes drive to Cliveden, so there's no question that this could be a good base for sightseeing.

The only natural light in the living room is from a strip of narrow single-glazed windows where the ceiling meets one of the walls. We think this should be addressed.

One day there was no parking space available so we had to park on the road quite a long way away. One night there was a lot of noise music going on until extremely late. However neither of these things were the fault of the hosts. Otherwise the property was excellent.

Excellent location, well equipped and clean inside. Host was very responsive and friendly. Exceeded our expectations.

The outside courtyard could use a clean but doesn't detract from the apartment inside.

We stayed over for our legoland trip as we didn’t want a traditional hotel. The location was very good. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The accommodation had Netflix, YouTube and free WiFi. Very spacious for a family of 5. Kids enjoyed their stay!

The main entrance needs to be properly maintained and cleaned. Cigarette bits all over the floor when going in. Not so good when you got kids with you. Some of our bed sheets were not washed, they were just well laid.

It got a supermarket just at outside your door basically! For travellers who love cooking like us, it’s really convenient. Jamie, the host, is super friendly and helpful. You can find him easily communicate to when you need his help.

The neighbourhood seems to be a nice area but the hygienic situation of the housing estate might be a concern.

Little things - only 2 chairs around the table, not enough plates and no can opener :)
