Receptionist OSMAN was very Attentive, Helpful Frenidly As well. Front Desk staff should be like him. It’s very nice place and beautiful Hotel. We had a wonderful experience. We will come back for Sure. Thanks again for good hospitality Service.

the location was very good specially the sand view was very beautiful and alos all activities was very near from hotel like bike riding bosher sand and many restaurants was very near from hotel and also i would like to thank all staff for excellent service and very friendly i am very happy and special thanks to mr husain i am so glad to giving me special attention

The Hotel is New, Spacious, Clean Room Bathroom as well. The service was very Good through out, especially the gentleman from Reception Mr.Osman(Receptionist) was very Helpful, courteous and Professional. Overall excellent !!!

We came back a second time in this hotel because we had a great stay the first time.
This time we stayed in the standard double room and you should go for the deluxe double room because the bathroom was not so good.
The guy at the reception once I was in the bedroom called to claim the payment for the room despite the fact that he did not ask it during check in.
In the morning we received the breakfast almost 20 minutes late despite asking for it the previous evening.

I was upgraded to a bigger room
The staff was very helpful and very reactive to my requests
The breakfast was good and served in the bedroom (Huge plus)
The hotel is in the center of Mascate so close to everything, just a few minutes by car from the mall of Emirates

Location is great. Neat and clean. Elegant interior design. Bathroom is spacious. Staffs were helpful and courteous. Though we booked for standard room, they upgraded it to deluxe for free. Keep it up!
