Great location, good owners and very responsive, always replied almost immediately.
It's simply not our cup of tea and Electricity was with a pound coin meter that was very inconsistent. We loaded meter about £15 on the day on arrival for a 3 day visit but ran out while in the shower on the last and restarted with £1 coin X2 until departed.

Lovely little chalet. Easy parking next to chalet. Nice and clean inside. Very easy communication through booking messenger. All questions answered promptly. Will definitely use again.
The hot water wasn't very hot. Not sure of this was for safety reasons or power rating of the chalet or the heater wasn't working properly. It was like warm at best so not much good for a bath.

Close to the beach
Should had no pressure kept going hot and cold. Not much hot water out the taps and would go cold. Beds were very hard and smelt damp and had dust around the skirting boards

Hemsby is a great place for families with young children. Not too big but plenty to do and the beach is lovely. Also close to other places to visit. Plenty of places to eat on the main Street and very reasonable prices. Amusement arcades, fairground, golf. fireworks on a Tuesday in August. Walkable from the chalet to the main Street and beach. Beach about 20 mins via amusement and cafe strip.

Clean, comfortable. Beach is walkable but we have a car and visited several lovely local beaches. Free parking next to the chalet. Fridge freezer. Oven. Pans. Washing up liquid. Dvds.
I had a question for the owner when I arrived and they answered the phone immediately and solved the problem.
Bring your own sheets.
Shower was difficult to get warm water.
A washing line would have been handy.
