Kids loved the pool and video games!

We liked the property a lot. It offered a lot of options for the price point. The property is dated and amenities like the pool tables/cues are in rough shape, but expect that would be the case with most similar VRBOs. Manager communicated quickly with any questions we had. Would stay here again.

The property manager was very responsive. We had a few issues, but Tom took care of us as soon as he was aware.

From the indoor pool to the arcade to the huge TVs, there is something for all ages. Super clean.

Wanted my family under one roof. This place was perfect for all ages. Everything went very well. Only had to contact the owner once and he responded very quickly. All of us had a great time and didn’t want to leave. I would definitely rent from him again!

We hosted a gathering with friends to celebrate a groom-to-be and this property was perfect for it. The amenities are as described and we took full advantage of them all! It was a fun, relaxing weekend hanging with friends - there is plenty to do on the property and the large gathering spaces allowed us to all be together comfortably. The host was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely return!

The home fit our needs well. Location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood Pool and Hot tub were great and got a lot of use after a hard day. Everyone slept great. All beds were very comfortable. Tom was easy to contact and took care of any issues that we needed help with right away

What a great stay! The house was perfect for our kids and extended family with an indoor pool and old school video games. Owner was very responsive when a hiccup on entry and throughout our stay. Oh the stories this house could tell about it's history and past parties! Some tired aspects of the house but what a great time!

We all had a wonderful time. The pool and numerous video games puts this property over the top. My grandchildren numerous times stated how much they loved staying here.

What a great experience! The property was as-listed. We went as a group of 40-year olds who wanted an indoor pool and hot tub but to also be able to be together and just be us - it was great. The pool was so warm, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and overall it was just a great time!

Great house and great communication between the owner and everything that was stated was available during the entire stay.

This was the perfect setting for our family gathering. With a 2 month old and a 22 month old, we were able to cook together, gather around the table together and enjoy time with family. The living room area was also a nice gather place. We spent most of our time in the pool area! Get gathering place! Thank you for making our stay so well received!

My friends and their families all stayed here and we had a blast! The pool area is bigger than expected and they had pool toys for the kids which was great. The game room was also a hit for both the adults and kids. Plenty of space to lounge. We will definitely be making this an annual trip to get out of the cold and enjoy a summer atmosphere inside!

I rented this place for my birthday weekend and had a great time! Plenty blankets, pillows, and spaces. The pool and hot tub were great! Loved the kitchenette in the downstairs area.

I want to start with saying my family had a great time and I would recommend this property. My grandkids loved the pool and video games. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room and accommodations to suit us. The kitchen was perfect, beautiful sitting/family room upstairs. The owner is very responsive to communication. Lights in every room except kitchen have issues. Downstairs bathroom and hot tub definitely need updating and repairs. Instructions for media and pool audio would be very helpful.

We rented this last minute for a family vacation over Labor Day weekend since we did not want to travel far from home. We were drawn to the indoor pool area considering the unpredictable MN weather and my kids love to swim and would live in a pool if they could. Communication with the owner Tom was very easy and he was very responsive. There was a broken TV in the pool area that he hurried to replace and have installed hours before we arrived and he was very flexible when we decided to extend our stay for another day because our family was having too much fun and did not want to leave. There are plenty of sleeping areas and a TV has been added to every room. The arcade area was a huge hit and kept the whole family busy for hours. There is a kitchen in the lower level right next to the pool area and arcade that made things so easy to grab snacks and drinks as that is where we spent most of our time. Be aware that this location is in a residential neighborhood off of a golf course, so not a party atmosphere and you will need to drive for any shopping/restaurants, but several options for delivery. The house is not much to look at when you pull up to the front, but when you walk inside it is a very unique floor plan. The upstairs kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and they have a really neat coffee nook, but the rest of the house could definitely use some upgrades and new carpet. You will see golfers when in the pool area, but far enough away that it did not bother us. There really is not any outdoor space to enjoy, so plan to spend your time inside. There is a bathroom directly in the pool area that was huge perk and it is a very deep pool that goes to 9 feet so the kids loved getting to use the diving board. The pool and hot tub could use some railings at the stairs for added saftey. The cleaners could have been a little more detailed as the sink in the pool area was pretty gross and the pool needed to be vacuumed as there was a ton of dirt/sand at the bottom of the pool, garbage was left in one of the kitchen garbage cans, coffee grounds in the coffee pot and some food crumbs in the cupboards. But overall, we had a great time and this house would be an awesome place for families to stay or large groups. Lots of space and something fun for all to do. We will be back!

My husband and and I had a fun time staying at this lovely oasis. We spent most of our time in the pool area. The arcade games was a fun flashback to our 80s childhoods. The house is well maintained and clean. Would recommend to any family or group of friends looking for a fun place for a staycation. The pool area would be awesome during the long winters in Minnesota.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Many of typical pool necessities were provided as well as high chairs and pack-n-play. Heavy door separated the pool from living space, so we felt safe that the young children could not enter the pool area unattended. The arcade area was a big hit for the grown-ups as well as the older kids. Lots of space in the basement for the kids to play and the extra kitchen in the basement was helpful for snack runs while in the pool. Recent renovations to the master bath and Kitchen made the house very comfortable. Huge TVs in multiple rooms kept the family entertained when not in the pool. Overall, a fun place to stay and would recommend this location for families visiting the Twin Cities area (25min to St Paul)
