Very comfortable, no issues with communication. This home was super accommodating to my family. I would stay again.

If you like staying in a fixer upper in need of TLC this is your place. Stepping through the front door we were greeted by an overwhelming perfume smell. Upstairs had pungent cigarette smell. Stay ended on 9/19/22 and as of 10/19/22 Justin has ignored all attempts to recover our security deposit.

Our rating is biased by the lack of air conditioning. Everything was super clean. Kitchen was best equipped of all our short-term rentals in U.S and Europe, although one cabinet door hinge was broken. Laundry facilities even included detergent. The air conditioning did not work at any point during our four-night stay, the only fans were a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom and the central heating/AC fan. When contacted multiple times during our stay about the AC each message indicated they would get it addressed as soon as possible. No inquiries or offers were made regarding accommodations, adjustments or to check if there were other issues. Some of the windows had storm windows in place that either could not be moved or only part way so use of screens wasn’t effective. The arrival instructions indicated a four-digit code for entry, in fact it is a four-digit code and a fifth key, v (verify?). The arrival instructions indicated garbage was early Thursday morning, when queried Sunday evening about the neighbor’s trash being out this error was admitted and we were told the arrival instructions would be changed. I would recommend the bathtub downstairs be replaced as the bottom slopes steeply to the middle and presents a risk to anyone with balance issues. As it stands, we would not stay at a property managed by this owner in the future.

I’m not one to write negative reviews but I felt the need this time. It’s about the principal and the decreasing quality of amenities and service with home rentals as of recent. It seems it’s become more about making money than providing a quality service. I have lots of pictures and could make this a really long review but the bottom line is the house was never cleaned upon arrival (filthy), no towels/ wash clothes extra bedding etc., low stocked kitchen, no internet throughout are stay, less than responsive hosts. It’s sad and unfortunate because it’s overall a cute house in a central area. Poorly managed and a Very negative experience. I’m growing tired of spending my hard earned money and limited time off work having these types of experiences. Thumbs down!
