Liked nothing, homeless in parking lot sleeping, dog feces everywhere, smelled of cigarettes and pot. Gang graffiti on wall. Filthy room. Went to walk dog at 6 am and several people started begging from me. Left the facility as fast as possible to feel safe to walk the dog in a local park, just to feel safe. Do not recommend.

One of the mattress was old, springs were broke in it, and mold on the ceilings. Tweakers all around the place, and it smells of urine once you walk out the door.

Property was ok, seen a dead roach in the restroom and the front desk lady had the worst attitude!!

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms AC was not working.I asked to change room, the front desk at first told me there were no more rooms available. The room was legally inhabitable and I was going to call law enforcement. She then found another room which was also smelling urine. We didn’ have options after driving 7 hours.

Dirty drug addicts up all ours if the night our dog was up all night barking at them being loud and walking back and forth

I was hacked into a room that was already occupied by a female guest . As I used My Key card to open the door , a woman was already in that room with her belongings . The woman was verbally abusive and accused I of stealing her cellphone from the room, when I had not even stepped into the room. The front desk then put I into a different room due to their mistake . I Should had been given a free night due to the front desk employees mistake and trouble they put me through due to the other crazy female guest.

Nice place to stay

It was nice walkable decent places to eat I always have a good time here despite there's a little weirdos everywhere but that's society today.

It's not the best hotel but it is really nice it's decent the people work really hard here and they have to deal with a lot of weird people. Other than that they have really nice rooms

Great comfortable spacious rooms

The red roof is not even Red its age looks brown roof & the hole place it self looks like it needs attention. In many repairs so i did not stay.

This place is really dirty and there is not help to assist you low class hotel

The Inn is located close to the freeway but the noise was not that bad. The room was clean and in good shape but it shows its age. Check in time is 4 oclock which is rather late, would rather have a 2 oclock check in and 10 check out.

My experience at the Red Roof Inn was very unsatisfactory and I would never choose to stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. Starting with the room itself; The room was not cleaned well by the staff since someone’s reading glasses were on the ground and the room smelled like sewer water. Moreover, everything had grime everywhere like the A/C unit and the desks. The mini microwave wasn’t plugged in. It turned out there is not outlet near. The surrounding area was equally unclean. Since the Red Roof Inn is pet friendly, every lawn was filled with dog poop. Additionally, there was broken glass on the ground and it smelled like sour garbage. The other reviews mentioning homeless people in the area was correct. They were loitering and the area in general seemed sketchy since it is in the very back of the plaza. In terms of their service, it also left a lot to be desired. I booked a room meant for 3 people and there were only 2 towels. I immediately asked for one more set of towel through the phone and we were told that they will have housekeeper bring to us. But no one had ever came up to our room to give us towels during our entire stay. Luckily, we brought our own set of towels in case. Despite the nice photos on the website and some decent reviews, I hope those who are looking for a cheap place look elsewhere and take this review as a cautionary warning to not book here. It is much more worth to spend little extra to stay at Holiday Inn Express a couple blocks down.

The tub didn’t drain right away when you shower. There were roaches in the room. The key stopped working on one of the nights. It was kind of a mess all around.

Attended a college graduation, this hotel was okay for the price

This mid century modern inn has been wonderfully taken care of, and we plan on staying again. Great pool!

It wasn’t that great. The floor was really sticky and one of the double beds had a small blood stain on it when we had pulled back the bed sheets.

The stay was good very spacious room couple of roaming people late at night walking around but nothing crazy I knew the area pretty well but it was a decent stay it was clean looks like they need to update rooms a little but it wasn’t bad I give it a 7 out of 10

Bad smell, leaking water from bathroom sink, dirty and old building

This place has gone downhill. I’ve been staying here for our family vacation twice a year. It’s slightly rundown, noisy and worse, it’s stinky in and out. The property reeks of marijuana and cigarettes. We usually stay in a large suite. It is roomy and comfortable for my entire family. The front office check in takes so long. 3 employees in the office but only one helping customers. While in line people kept coming in to complain about their key not working. Sure enough we had the same problem. Needless to say we will not return.

Everything was perfect

Noisy. I was down stairs and the people Upstairs were stopping around. Check in process took a long time. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke and flys were everywhere

There are so many drug addicts and Tweakers here. No respect whatsoever I couldn't believe the craziness that was happening here. Giant water bug cockroaches in the room. I stayed here before many times but this is the worst experience I've ever had

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. which is not cool because you're not getting your money's worth check-in should be noon.

Everything about this place i like. Definitely i will come back to this place.

The property was old run down. Rooms were "clean" but old. Wish they offered breakfast for guests.

Broken hair dryer - spare one delivered promptly

No where does it state that this hotel is a long term rental place and the people that are long term stayers are drug addicts and drug dealers. Seen far too many drug deals happen well on our stay. Unfortunately we could not get a refund and stay else where or we would have in a heart beat. The place is full of homeless people as well. Would not recommend staying here
