Place was very old and dated. Water was a deg away from freezing in the room. Room was neath and clean just that building was very cold and outdated.

The carpet smelled really bad, the air conditioner was very old and set up wrong and kept shutting off and the room was getting hot, the bed had stains and so did the couch. The bathroom had no new toilet paper or extra paper. The breakfast was incomplete, don't choose this place because it offers breakfast. They only serve a lot of starchy foods - bread, cereal, waffles, coffee, yogurt, juice, and cold boiled eggs. No hot sausage, no hot eggs, no potatoes, or anything hot. This place was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I paid almost $250 for one night for a king size room.

Hot tub not working. Pool not open until 9 am - with kids, that’s late. Carpet in room stank. Value didn’t reflect the cost.

We arrived late at night and the room and everything were ready for us. Parking available right in front of the room and very nice and helpful staff.

Though the rooms need updating they are clean and we had a beautiful view. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. Have not tried the pool but maybe the next time.

Nice grounds surrounding motel to take dogs for a walk. Nice that it allows dogs. Hotel is showing its age but was clean .

Stayed one night, checkin was late, around 9pm...they had the staff to check us in...the room qas clean and spacious, no issues with the ac or anyother facility, next morning had enough choices, bread slices, batter to make your own waffle, which was very convenient, cereals, oatmean, boiled eggs, fruits, tea, coffee, juices etc... the checkout was very convenient as well. Overall nice place to stay. Check them out.

Our programmed key did not work, went and had new ones programmed, still did nit work. Gave us a physical key. Did not wirk. Manager tried, did nit work. Maintenance had to come and let us in. Free wifi did nit work all evening. Same complaint with many of the guests. Property has not been maintained. $200 for a room, I wxpect more. Very dissapointed.

It was great I either stayed here while im in Bancroft every Monday or I dropped ve to Belleville to the Fairfield Inn Marriott but it's a 1.5-hour drive to Belleville just a one-way.
