Nice just our towels wasn’t restocked had to ask

My room was clean and comfortable. The hallways and maintenance rooms in the hotel were all open, so access to the room was kind of through the "guts" of the hotel. I skipped the breakfast because the selection was pretty small.

Not sure why it was an 8.4 when I looked it up, it felt dirty, old with fresh paint and carpet… 1/8 roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder and only decaf coffee in the room, the bed wasn’t fully made and there were dead flies on the windowsill.

When I arrived I waited in the lobby almost 10 minutes and had to ask the housekeeping staff to get someone to check in. The room smelled like mix between bad hygiene and a litter box. I stayed 4 nights and the smell didn’t dissipate. Coffee stains on the walls, drink residuals on the bedroom end table, piles of dead bugs in the corner of the closet.

Well it started not so bad when checking in. I had pre booked approximately a month in advance through the booking app. However upon arrival I was informed that the room that I had ordered was no longer available so I had to have a double queen. I ordered a king bed on purpose. I don’t have much choice at 8 pm so I accept. I get in the room and the lights flickering In the back non stop. I had asked the night before I would be able to request late check out and I was informed I would have to ask in the morning but they can extend up to 2pm. Well I went to extend the stay in the morning but she said she could only do it until 12. On top of all that one of my key cards didn’t work. I would like a refund.

This place was a dump. The door didn’t close all the way without Jimmy-ing it. The place was filthy. There was a blood like stain on the box spring. We were supposed to stay two nights and left immediately the next morning rather than stay the second night. Had we not arrived at 1am we wouldn’t have even stayed the first night.

The bed was comfortable. There were many outlets for plugging in. It's convenient to the freeway, gas, and restaurants. The bathroom and the pillows were quite small. Breakfast was alright. I've had better and I've had worse.
