Eventho i was at the hospital with my woman for most of the day ...when i got back everything was nice and neat and sooo clean ..that i was able to go right to sleep at 2am and get up early ... wonderful hotel

The many sonestas i have been too this one is absolutely THE BEST they upgraded me as soon as i checked in due to my standing ... honestly every type of room i have been in has been 10++++ standing... never have had ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM AT ALL .. you can literally eat off of the floor ... i dont even need to ask for anything because everything is already done .... i added 2 more days to stay just so i can have more peace and quiet ... EXCELLENCT SERVICE AND GREATNESS ALL AROUND HERE

I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by a hotel. This was our first time staying at a Sonesta and we are very unhappy with the price we paid and the stay we had. We were under the impression that the room was smoke free, yet the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Also, the one corner of our room had what looks like cigarette smoke stains. And if it isn’t, it’s still something gross that should have been cleaned. Our room was dusty and the towels in our bathroom had chunks of orange something on them. I am very unhappy with the good reviews of the hotel and then an actually awful visit.
This includes the fact that we spend 190 on our reservation which didn’t even include breakfast.

There website said they had a continental breakfast, but it was discontinued. The small coffee and bar area was never opened. They only came in once to change the towels on a 5 day stay and never made the beds. They had a little snack area where you could purchase some different snacks but they were a little overpriced. One 12 ounce bottle of beer cost 8 dollars. It is a place I will not stay again.

Left our room at 1:00pm, came back around 7, no one had been in to make up the room or replace towels, etc.
Asked at the front desk and was handed a few towels.

My first room 315 did not have heat. The carpets are generally dirty... no white socks. Staff is excellent and good management. Put the Bibles back in the rooms :)

Good budget hotel conveniently located in the Christiana Mall area. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable but hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The parking was also challenging when it’s full. The staff were polite and helpful. Would say good value for money.

Linen had blood, urine and smelled. Garbage cans were never emptied. No additional towels given and dirty towels stayed on the bathroom floor. No coffee cups and coffee and tea never refilled. Ceiling by right side of the window has a leak and there is mold. The restaurant was closed since there was no cook. We have pictures of everything.
This was a horrible stay. We were very disappointed.

The room was nice. Furniture was updated. Bed was very comfortable.
The only drawback I have is the fire alarm went off all night because they were testing it. Also, the sink was broken/Backed up and the bathroom was not clean.

The property has a tired feeling to it and smells of stale, cigarette smoke and dampness. My room, which was listed as a non-smoking room definitely had been smoked in before. I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes, so the smell kept me awake at night. The breakfast is not included as it is with most hotel chains. I stayed the fewest hours possible and will never stay here again.

This hotel sits back away from the street, which for me is a bonus! It wasn’t the most comfortable but was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful for the most part. I ended up paying for later checkout, and my only issue there is that my card was deactivated anyway and I had to go get it reactivated. Nothing egregious just slightly annoying after having been told I was all set. However, it’s in a convenient location which was nice.

Pool was closed during our stay and there was a loud group of kids just running all through the building. Bathrooms in lobby area needed supplies in them.

The rooms are clean, except for the carpet. We found if we wore socks, or didn't, the bottom of our feet got black. The carpet needs a deep cleaning.

Nice place to stay. But the cleanliness is depreciating. Stayed at the property numerous time. This last I could see a lot of dirt/wrappers next to the fridge and behind the dresser. There was also a condom on the mini shelf of the room. Which can be missed by smaller housekeepers who may not clean everywhere. Might still be there. Overall nice hotel. Just worried housekeeping and quality of staff may be falling off. Will still stay again.
