It ok for the money

This is an old property that shows it's age. The rooms and beds were very clean and the bedding was quite nice. But things looked a bit dilapidated beyond that. It seemed that there were of number of safeguards in parking etc, that suggested some local issues. Not clear what that was all about but it is clear that the business seems to be getting some pressure from the city of Reynoldsburg.

When we initially arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant woman that checked us in. We were told we were going to be upgraded into the "newer" part of the hotel .We were optimistic that it was going to be a good stay. But that changed as soon as we rounded the corner to go up to our room. The carpet was very dirty and old. After entering the room it smells like they had used some sort of a deodorizer. The construction was very badly done and you could see a lot of things that were missed. It overall just was a very bad look. Would have been willing to overlook all of that for one night stay except for the outside noise that could be heard in the room was absolutely horrendous. I was told there must have been some sort of a car show this weekend but it was literally across the street and the noise from all of the cars and motorcycles was ongoing until around 1:00 a.m.. there was no sleep to be had. I tried going down to the front desk to see if there was a room towards the back of the hotel to switch to but the person at the front desk at this time spoke no English whatsoever and just kept saying okay okay. Well it was not okay. We were also told (and signed a paper saying as much) that this was a smoke-free facility but that was not the case. We overheard them checking in someone saying the smoking section was the back of the hotel however we could smell cigarette smoke down the entire hallway where we were staying as well. We won't be teturning.

We enjoyed our stay but other then that the “breakfast” that’s included with the hotel is not available at all

The staff here is absolutely amazing and so accommodating when I’ve been through some difficult times. I have never been treated so well by all the staff and their support! 100/10 would recommend!

The initial contact with the desk clerk was businesslike and supportive. I thought he was amazing. The clientele was milling around and the public areas outside the building and the hallways could use some attention but the rooms were clean and lovely.

The staff was very friendly the first room we had the refrigerator was broken so they moved us to a new room and then the following morning we moved to another room due to an issue with water bugs. Most their rooms are ground level, no elevator in the building, which was a bummer due to family and lots of bags that we had to log up and down the stairs. Pool was wonderful only one working ice machine. Looks like they are trying to remodel the hotel the welcoming concierge desk is beautiful area. Can’t wait to see if they are remodeling what the hotel is going to look like when they’re done.

Room dated, not too bad, sheets clean, overall not a bad stay for the area it was in

People walking the halls between 12-3 AM yelling and talking loud.

We asked for a non smoking room, the room smelled and there was a cigarette burn on the bed spread. The bed was so soft it was hard to get out of it and there was some sort of pet food nugget or another kind of nugget on the floor in the corner. I don't know what kind of issues this hotel has had in the past but we were asked to supply an id for both parties staying in the room. I have never had that happen in the past but the clerk was nice and was kind at check in.

Staff was very rude when first entering and calling for information. When my boyfriend and I got settled in we tried to connect to the WiFi and it did not work. The first night we stayed there was an army of ants all over our belongings. I tried to notify staff but no one seemed to care nor could help. The next day there was another army of ants in a DIFFERENT area. Staff stated that “it’s coming from outside”. The building looked really nice until stayed.

This was a clean facility . Just very noisy people running back and forth knocking all Night . Not sure what it was about but didn’t not sleep. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! Staff was friendly . We booked this in hopes the bar was open and pool . But both were not a thing as listed in pics and advertised.

Older building and no elevator. Clean, comfy beds. Nice size room. Close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Our room was located next to the Ice Machine which was extremely loud. And there was a used condom wrapper in our room. Don’t know if you can do worse than that. Go elsewhere

It clean and safe

Walked in and the lobby smelled like cigarettes and marjiuana. Went into our room where it smelled even worse. There were holes in our sheets and a roach in the bathroom. People loud on their founds at 11pm in the halls. When I complained to the front they just said “okay”. Checked out then and left. Do not stay here.

We always stay here when in the area. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Overall great value for the price! Would recommend

The hotel is very outdated and the smell of cigarette smoke was very annoying. I would not recommend.
