Good customer service from management, especially the Front of House Staff Member Sithara.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big and comfortable. However the AC in our room didn’t work so next morning we spoke to the staff. They all were friendly but didn’t do anything. We complained three times and it was until late at night that we finally spoke to someone who actually helped. He said he wasn’t aware of the problem and that the previous staff didn’t say anything. Anyway we finally got some help and solved the problem. He was super nice and made sure we were comfortable and happy afterwards so thank you! (Apparently in general the AC in the hotel is not that strong and they offer a fan if you want but in our case our AC was super hot and not possible to open the windows). Besides this we spent a really nice time in the hotel and I would definitely would like to go back.

The a/c didn't work on a hot summer night. Only one little window can be open but didn't help, other windows were sealed.... other guests opened and came into the room due to double booking in the middle of the night!

The lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated and different than the online photos. This hotel does not have air conditioning and should be noted prior to arrival, housekeeping skipped cleaning our room several times. Besides the standard Swedish breakfast that most guest note in the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel for a family on vacation.

It was a good stay with a really spacious room. The airconditioning was the main problem at this place as it was very weak rendering the room very warm during the summer months.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Lovely hotel, spacious and nicely decorated room, and excellent breakfast! There was one problem though: my credit card was charged twice, once through hotels.com and once directly by the hotel. It took 3 emails and a lot of patience to get refunded.

The room was good and comfort. It has a very small AC condition but with an extra fan you will feel good. The room cleaning service is not good. They do not clean the whole room. From my opinion, brakefast is not special.In general, the hotel is good and if I come to Malmö, I will think about this hotel again

At the check in it was a surprise that hotel needed a guarantee amount charged. I have stayed in many hotels across the world nobody debits the amount in advance. The card is only stored for guarantee purpose. I felt the hotel was biased and not sure debiting the amount was always a rule for other guests? Really bad service especially housekeeping. They just kept knocking from 9:30 onwards asking me when the room is vacant for cleaning. Then she said she will only empty the dustbin and l asked her l also need fresh towels, coffee and creamer. For coffee creamer too l had to chase the hotel multiple times.

Its an okay hotel but not very premium considering the brand. The price is admittedly reflective of that. Rooms were far to hot.

The hotel has a perfect location, rooms are great and large, receptionist are professional and service minded. The breakfast buffet was disappointing the bread was dry and everything was just bake off like at the petrol stations. To many dogs all over also sitting on chairs and eating from the table very unhygienic. To many families with un-attended children - like being in the Muppet Show with the Swedish chef.

Good: fast elevators. Friendly reception. Big rooms. Bad: 15 minute cobblestone walk from train station - not “6!”- look on a map yourself. Room safe DOA: Had to carry around valuables all day vs leave in room. Said they’d “replace the safe” tomorrow. Never did. House keeping didn’t clean until I went downstairs and physically asked front desk to actually clean room(4PM!). No USB ports (though front desk lent me an adapter). Shower has almost no pressure. Water falls on floor. Bathtub does not stay full(cap never sealed). Empty body wash bottle- house cleaning never filled it to begin with. No luggage rack- had to put luggage on floor. No couch. Bed feels like futon. Sauna didn’t seem to work. Someone tracked dog waste or similar into 1 elevator. I get the feeling the owners of this effectively motel don’t want to spend the money on CapEx and underpay staff - they just want to ride it out based on location. Nice way to treat a Expedia VIP. AVOID - Raddison blu indeed.

At first the check in did take some time but not too long, the room we got in 4th floor was no good at all, it had some weird smell and the toilet was not working with running water, did ask for a big bed but got two separated beds insted, i did complain to the reception and was imidietly upgraded to a room on 6th floor and everything was fine there. Parking was also not the easiest option to deal with, the hotel has a parking spot in a garage that you have to enter trough another street, you can park the night for 150SEK but you can not enter the garage after 22:00 so your only option is to find a parking spot on the street. But then you have to pay 30SEK/Hour after 08:00 in the morning. Which can get pretty expensive if you plan to stay for a longer time. Otherwise was everything else great!

Good value for money and convenient for town.

I gave Radisson Blu Malmö one more chance (I stayed there last year as well - where the service was not good and the hotel double charged my account)... and I regret I did so. This hotel has basically just given up. The rooms are big - but worn down and quite dirty... and the small (but annoying - and again very basic) issues with the room are not attended... even when reported. Basically the service is lousy and the management of the hotel non-existent. This time I got a room where the TV was broken (the system shut of like every 15 min), the shower was broken (see picture) and several electric sockets was broken (the only socket that is near to a mirror - if you want to use hairdryer or similar was just blocked of). I reported both the broken shower and the fact that TV was not working to the desk the next morning - but when coming back in the evening... nothing has been done. The shower looked the same (cleaning had just put the showerhead on the floor) and the TV still not working. In addition the room is VERY HOT... the aircon not working well. At check-out the next morning I reported this AGAIN incl. that they haven't serviced my room as promised - and the only response i got was "OK - thank you for letting me know"... not an apology, not an explanation.... nothing. I can NOT recommend this hotel... and by the way... they did not recognize the hotels.com Gold/VIP and the benefits in this (no upgrades etc... despite the fact that plenty of rooms available)

Easily walkable in Malmö. The family room itself was standard but can technically sleep 5. The bathroom is almost in the middle of the room, which made for an awkward experience.

Great hotel, walking distance to every attraction in Malmö

The property was a bit tired, I would expect better upkeep from a Radisson Blu. Overall the hotel was in a good location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, just the rooms themselves needed a bit of TLC.

Fast check in Nice staff Dated hotel

I was really impressed by this hotel for my 8 day stay . From the cheerful and helpful reception staff at check in to the breakfast waiters and room cleaners , everyone made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The room was very large with a large bathroom and TV. The hotel is convenient to the train station and main shopping area and old town!

Rooms very tired and shaby in parts. The hotel lacked any type of atmosphere. The friendly helpful staff were the only positive. With Eurovision on. they could have made the lobby area more buzzy and celebratory. I won’t be back.

Room was ready for us early which was exactly what we needed. Great service at reception, one of the biggest rooms we’ve ever had and, especially for Sweden, a very reasonable price.

Stay was so so but not worth 200€ for a family per night. Reception was nice! The room was good in the first sight. Breakfast was good :) But… Bathtub didn’t hold the water, service couldn’t extend the extra bed - we needed to do it because it was already 20:30 and our toddlers needed to come to bed - service came back after one hour. - friendly though Extra bed was damaged and broke my pants because of a sharp piece sticking out. Fridge was not working and you couldn’t open Windows to get fresh air. We had way better experiences for this money.

The breakfast was porly. Three days in a row. Really low on cheese day one, fine. Really low on cheese and almost no pancakes OK. Day three. No cucumbers, no tomato's, no på cakes. Yours breakfast personal need to step it up, because my guess is that i came between refills. Just a suggestion. Refill before it's empty.
