loud in 2-3am parking lot

Nice Hotel Nice Staff Rooms a little noisy—-you can hear neighbors and shower water is loud! If I upgraded the facility, it would be directed at dealing with noise.

Very good

The bathtub/shower felt slimy when I stepped into it, like it hadn't been cleaned. It was $250 a night for two nights which I felt was a bit overpriced for the experience I had. On the good side, the staff was pleasant to deal with.

There was actual poop tracked all over the carpet, front desk attempted to spot clean but we kept finding more …they only gave us a $20 refund…it was disgusting and frustrating best western wouldn’t refund us for our room considering…

Too noisy from people next door and in the hall

Very friendly staff, clean room and options to eat in walking distance.

I was very frustrated that the 2 rooms I had reserved were at both ends of the hotel, not even in the same building.

Very clean facility and comfortable beds

Property has newer renovations on the exterior. Fromt desk is welcoming, nice area of the town. Breakfast was more than ordinary complimentary breakfast choices. Has indoor pool and hut tub. Safe place to spend the night while visitinh the area.

Breakfast wasnt very good for the price you pay to stay. was when did it get switched to not being open til 11 am

Breakfast was sub par at best. Twice in 3 mornings they kept running out of coffee and breads and rolls , peanut butter. Only green apples for any kind of fruit. No bananas or oranges. There were two of them taking care of breakfast and they just stood in the back and talked. I did speak up to the front desk.

Prineville Best Western is ok. It is outdated. Beds are not comfortable. BW is a hotel in a small town. However they need to update and make it so that people want to stay there. This is our last time there. Sorry

The bathroom fan is connected to the light & is very loud. There is no way to bypass this if you want a light in the bathroom. Because it is so loud, whenever the adjoining room turns on the fan, day or night, it is heard in the adjoining room. Not a deal killer but annoying nonetheless. The free breakfast is what one might expect. Small variety with not great quality, but it is free after all.

Continuous issues with rooms. Had to switch several times. Didnt get the room I paid for.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom fan was extremely noisy and came on when the light came on in the bathroom. Not a good setup and very annoying noise level.

I reserved a room with a king-sized bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds on the second floor. I need a first floor room because my wife can not walk up the stairs. One of the mattresses was worn down and sagging on one side. The room was dark and smelled funny. One of the lamps had a burnt out light bulb. The door did not latch unless you pushed or pulled it shut. The lock on the door did not work. When I went to the front desk about the unexpected room change the woman at the desk said that it was Expedia that had screwed up not the motel. And that there was nothing she could do about it because they were fully booked that night. None of the rooms on the first floor in the building we stayed in ended up being occupied that night. I do not recommend this motel if you are staying in Prineville. For the price we paid, you would think that basic maintence amd customer service would be a priority to management.

The room was definitely not worth $200 price we paid even if it was a Memorial Day weekend. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. Not very clean. The only other issue were the loud kids above us but that was our mistake for not asking for a top floor room especially on a holiday weekend.

All was good. However there was a full house. They did not keep up with breakfast. That was disappointing. Everything else was great.

It was a very tough stay. The heater in the room did not work and it was very cold throughout the night. Room did not have a desk/business work area. Old furniture.
