I think the breakfast was good compared to other hotels of the same standard. Our room was functional but old. The staff was attentive. The hotel usually attracts elderly guests and it is a quiet hotel. Transportation is easy and you can walk to many places.

The hotel had a fantastic location and was central to everywhere one would want to visit in Milan. The room was spacious but dated. I did wake up one morning with bites across my face and arms.... I did a deep inspection of all the luggage and saw nothing, but I still had to take great lengths to ensure everything was clean upon getting home.

Staff is very friendly and helpful however:
Reception team very loud
Bacon smell in the morning up to the 5th floor
Cleaner keep entering the room even if we told we having a business call(this happens to all of us in different rooms)
Bed sheets changed while I was in the room and the bathroom cleaned soon after At least 3 hours before my check out. I didn’t touch the bed but I did use the bathroom. If this is the normal procedure I have serious concern about the hygiene of the rooms.

Excellent hotel for walking to many great neighborhoods. The renovated rooms are modern and lovely, so make sure you ask for one that has already been renovated. Good breakfast, gym, room amenities. Friendly service. Good value. Will return!

Nothing like the picture you see! The property is so outdated.i don’t know where they got those pictures from!!!! It is super old!!!!! Don’t be fooled by the photos.

The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time.
The room temperature was not very cold because it was regulated by a central system, despite having a thermostat in the room. The room size was decent, but the bathroom was quite small and cramped. Additionally, the washroom door swings into the toilet area when opened, which was quite inconvenient.
There wasn’t adequate space to hang towels, aside from the towel rack in the bathtub area. Additionally, hand and face towels were not provided initially; we had to request them separately.

This was my first time in Milan. This hotel is not in a tourist and crowded street but it is incredible located in a nice neighborhood. My mom and I felt safe at all times leaving and returning to the hotel after a day of touring, shopping or walking. They conveniently offer a daily breakfast. Be aware this is an old hotel which needs a lot of upgrades. Beds were comfortable. It is very reasonably priced and I will book again if back to Milan because of its increíble location and convenience to different points in the city!

We arrived at check in time and our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our room. The executive room has been recently renovated and it is very nice and clean. I liked that the hotel was near a nice area but I don’t think I would go back because of how rude the lady in the check in desk was.

Nice large room although small bathroom it worked quite well for us as it is in walking distance of major attractions. Short taxi ride from train station. Good breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

The room for 3 people is quite big. The room has the luggage area separated and big enough. The only thing I am confused is that the from has two doors connected to different room. Overall I am satisfied with this hotel.

Good place to stay to visit Milan’s shopping district. Easy to park in nearby covered garage.

The hotel was well situated for walking to the centre of Milan and also for a short walk to a variety of good restaurants . Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. There was no coffee or milk left in the room, just a few tea bags.
