Exceptional customer service, especially valet and front desk. It's always a pleasure to stay here.

Terrible musty smell in room . Dark not very clean.
Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and got machine in while I was away. But it was awful.

The water went out. We had no freshwater first thing in the morning to take showers.

They confused our reservation with another indicidual with the same name and caused such a dramatic check between id and the other person. Once we checked in they called us multiple times verifying our names and then gave the other individual a room key to our room. After all that confusion they didn't offer anything as compensation. We we're looking for money but a drink voucher or parking voucher would have helped

Room Coffee was not refreshed daily. Some toiletries were not refreshed or empty. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast.

When we arrived at 11:00pm they gave us a room that was already occupied and we ended up walking in on another guest. No one cleaned the room between nights.

It was okay , for the price I wouldn’t stay again but having food accessible was a good thing

The hotel was beautiful. The check in process was clumsy. There were 3 people at the desk, but only one checking anyone in. However, there was an unusual amount of security presence around me and my Black children who were away to enjoy my son’s birthday. I had to keep affirming that I was the well-behaved teens’ mother to various people so they would allow us to enjoy the hotel’s spaces. (Security even thought a couple times that I was also not an adult-I’m 39.)
As someone who travels regularly to places with much less people who look like us, this was frustrating.

We just stayed here for a wedding and had a wonderful time. The staff was nice and friendly, check in and check out were smooth and quick, and the sled parking garage was affordable and convenient.

The staff were very friendly and they made our stay memorable and comfortable from the reception to the staff serving us at the restaurant. Kudos to the staff for a job very well done.

They charged each person parking when they didn’t even bring vehicles to park. Food at our event was subpar and scarce. At our presentation people took plates without asking if you were done.
