I had paid for a room with a hottub in the room and a king size bed they gave me a double queen size bed and nothing else . I ask what happened to what I paid for . They said nothing they just said take it . Very rude workers.

Our room was comfortable but quite dirty. Floor was sticky. Corners of all rooms had loads of dirt and possibly big excrement. My parents had roaches in their room. The only way I would stay here again is if they amped up their cleaning process.

Upon check in, was asked if i was staying alone. Very unnerving, ill assume they front desk was trying to see how many keys i needed. Mold on thr ac unit, bathroom smelled musty. Stains on towels and bed that i didnt sleep in

The breakfast and amenities were good. Although i would like to let you know to check 126 or next door because two bugs around the sink were spotted crawling. They were killed and flushed down the toilet.

Those Baymont properties are old and dated, there is a certain smell when entering a room, just old and not very pleasant.

To be honest, the hotel was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was what you would expect for $100. That was until I went into the bathroom. The bathroom condition was completely unacceptable. I’m fairly confident it was just hard water stains, but it ruined the overall impression of my stay.

The room I stayed in wasn't the cleanest. It smelled like a like mildew. The blinds had so much dust, I was so disgusted that I took a picture. The carpet was damp. I was not impressed at all.

When we arrived there was no power do to car accident out in front of hotel. I asked the lady for a discount due to the circumstance. The lady working was very rude then proceeded to say we have decided not to rent a room to you. The employee was rude and ignorant. I will never book a hotel at a Baymont ever again due to her actions and choice of words etc. Terrible experience we had to go find a different hotel to stay.

Room was not in great shape, mainly bathroom. Halls smell horrible. Power went out at 1030pm and not back on until 645am. We were locked in our room, no air conditioner, had to use light on cell to use bathroom, cldnt watch tv or charge our phones. Asked for some money back and she said she couldnt.

The attention was excellent! They are very friendly, respectful and willing to help 👏 You can have options for your breakfast and the food is good. 😊 But if you have too much luggage you should ask for a room downstairs because there is no elevator.

We came tired and sleepy on an 8 hour trip and at 2:00am in the morning the elderly person who served us at the front desk was vacuuming the hallway and we could hear all the noise then the guests in the next room started fighting and throwing things The only thing we wanted was to sleep, it was terrible that night and the only thing the older woman said was that she would call the police and he never did. I will never return to this dirty and noisy hotel.

I came in about 130am after spending time with a very dear friend. It was a little unnerving the wait I had before someone appeared. I don't know if that is the hotels policy or what. I was getting very afraid I wouldn't have a room

We booked two rooms. Gentleman at front desk, very friendly and courteous. Check in easy. Rooms were comfortable. Only one room had a pair of dirty socks on a shelf in roo. And bath tub had dirt in the bottom. Other room was clean. At 3 a.m. in the morning , a few guest had a out right fight with yelling and screaming. Desk clerk called the police and told the guests he wanted them out. Police came quickly and things settled down. No reflection on how hotel is run, but was very disruptive.

The rep at the check in desk was not at all helpful, he was condescending and rude. Further more, when I checked out, I had left a sweater in the room and called to inquire if housekeeping found it, I was told I called too late and it probably wasn’t even there anymore, that housekeeping is gone, he can’t help me, and “maybe they’ll be in tomorrow”

We happened to be in for a dance competition and it was the same weekend as the Luke Combs concert in Milwaukee. This hotel is normally listed as $80 or less a night, but the room rates were inflated to $150/night. The front desk was hard to understand, the room was dirty and still had painters tape on the ceiling from being painted. The one bed frame was damaged and the bed barley sat on the frame. The door was hard to close and open. The breakfast was good though. Probably wont stay here again.
